what i do when the color pay-off on a glitter nail polish sucks...instead of applying a bunch of coats until it instantly chips off, i just pour some of the nail polish on a piece of paper or something and just pick up the glitter with a toothpick and place as much glitter pieces as i want on my nails until i gain the look that i'm looking for.

@corigarcia08 I know! No way in hell I'm paying $60 for a rack. Just check YouTube for the "DIY Nail Polish Wall Rack" video. It's made out of foam board for a few bucks. I made one last month and I LOVE it. It is extremely sturdy so don't worry about that. I decorated mine with ribbon. It doesn't even look homemade. My friends all want one now. Just warning you though.... once you make one, you end up buying even more polish! I need to make myself another one now.

I don't understand the theory of wearing certain nail colors during different seasons. I just wear what I like, or if it's a weird color, I will match it to my outfit. I don't normally wear yellow or mint green, or blue polish at all, and all the rest I just wear what I like. Same with eye shadow and lip color. I don't change it according to the seasons. JMHO

@Anastasia4141 I guess its the same as not wearing summer print tops in the winter. If you have on deeper shades of clothing, yellow polish doesn't really go. Plus I have some polishes that only look good on me when my skin is tan i.e. in the summer. Hence the need for fall nail colors.
