almost all the dishes here taste good, but most of them are fast foods, in Mexico we have a super big repertory of fast foods entry, this are not real dinner dishes, except for the Chiles in Hogada, some steaks, the enchiladas, even enchiladas are mexican fast food, not real dinners

@Thade1900 - That's chiles en nogada, the unofficial national dish of Mexico. It's a poblano chile stuffed with ground meat, raisins and spices, topped with a walnut cream sauce and pomegranates. The three colours (the green chile, the white sauce and the red pomegranates) are meant to represent the colours of the Mexican flag.
