Hey ryan what's up man? I shook your hand at the Pan Ams 09. I was the white dude with glasses. That move (the hip bump variation to make the person post their arm) has become a bread and butter triangle setup for me. It's a wonderful setup that works a high percentage of the time. Good work man.

QUESTION; once u lock in the triangle ,do u always release the leg,to put both hands on the head??

Nope. You generally don't want to put both hands on the head. If possible, underhook the opponent's free arm.
