you need 2somehow get out a shout 2EVERYONE to call into this place and hassle them like you did. The same goes for the US fidelity car insurance scam we all see on tv. We smart people need to call and harras scammers like this and stand up for the uneducated. There are too many people getting screwed by companies like this. If we call and harras them, it will tie their lines up and maybe save an innocent person from losing money. Post a blog or CL it to get the word out to scam the scammers!

I agree with you 100% that this service/product is a scam. What they probably do.. like a lot of small software/hardware companies do, is outsource their support to another company. That company does support for lots of different products.. so what happens is when you call that number, and you get pushed to an call analyst, they receive information on what you are calling about, and is given a script to read from.. this is all done as they get transferred to you. It makes for horrible c.s.
