Strap the bottom strap between the boot and the wheels, and keep your ankles down when you butterfly.

tip: hold ur glove higher like more so shoulder hight and about a foot from ur body instead of at ur shins and agaisnt ur body... it makes u look bigger and u will be more prepared for the shot. Also hold ur blocker higher and ur stick straighter on the ground it makes u look bigger in the net when u put both of these things together

the drill with two shooters should be faster, it will get you better at getting back into position...

if he ever reads this comment (which i doubt he will) but those that want to break in there glove and have it more flexible. i sudgest putting a very big baseball (softball) and tieing it tight to expand the gloves netting and break the trapper in. this works good if you sit there in your spare time flexing the glove in different shapes to wear it in.
