  • (and i am the one hundred "like"! *___*)

  • YOU ARE THE FUCKIN BEST!! THANKS FOR THESE AWESOME TUTORIALS!!!!!!!!

  • TYPO AT 0:58 : similer

  • best tutorials in youtube! man you are fffffff awesome

  • im just learning this trick! can you do this with 6?

  • @KARLOSTAR100 I know Dan Wood can do it. Maybe Matt Hall or Wes can do it a little

  • How old are you

  • My brain will just NOT let me do the 3 ball box. I think I'm just destined to not learn this pattern lol.

  • @Erekai I saw you wrote this 8 months ago, but I was in that rut for a long time, too. Learning even a weak box was a major accomplishment for me. I had to start doing one side at a time. Pass from R to L as L tosses up and pass back L to R before catching the upward toss. The up toss hand almost has to be vertical for me sometimes in order to be positioned to receive the quick 0x (I think) pass.

  • hey, your vids are always great, this looks really cool, can't wait to work on it

  • Typo at 0:55, correct spelling is similar.

  • Hi Al,

Great tutorial, as always! You're adding an extra ball underneath a 3b cascade. Do you know if people do the same for other patterns? A 4b fountain would become a 5b (8,2x)(2x,8), a 5b cascade would become a 6b (ax,2x)(2x,ax), etc. In fact, it works for any async pattern. 441 would become (8,2x)(2x,8)(2x,2x)(2x,8)(8,2x)(2x,2x) and 423 (with thrown 2's) would become (8,2x)(2x,4)(6x,2x)(2x,8)(4,2x)(2x,6x) and 53 would become (ax,2x)(2x,6x). I'd love to see someone do some of these!

  • @MangoPopper Yeah I've recently learnt sprung 423 (can't do it very well though). Draitube has a video with a couple of rounds of it.

  • @MangoPopper fuck nerding out

  • @MangoPopper Another pattern you might enjoy is (8x,2x)(2x,4x)(2x,8x)(4x,2x) which happens to be much more doable than those variations.

  • Excellent tutorial!

For the benefit of those reading comments, the reason for making the second crossing throw a bit higher is that the throws are really 6xs and not 5s, so they have to be a bit higher than 5s need to be. The trick is really a demotion of (6x,6x) and not of 5. (By demotion, I mean, with balls removed by reducing the siteswap value of some of the throws, thereby lowering the average.)

  • How can you be so professional?Outstanding!

  • Here is just the trick I've been looking for. Let me see how long it takes for me to learn it. I'll be back

  • Excellent tutorial. Thank you!

  • Outstanding tutorial as always.

Yours are by a wide margin the best juggling tutorials on YouTube. Well broken down, clearly explained, great music, and even some jokes :P

Thanks to you, I am now working on this trick, as well as several others from your tutorials (4 Ball Mills Mess, (6x,4)*, etc.)

Please keep posting tutorials, especially for these sorts of moderate-difficult 4 and 5 ball tricks. One I would especially appeciate would be 7333.

    thanks again!

  • With respect to 7333, here's a hint: 7s are 9 times higher than 3s(!) Use a low, fast 4 fountain, chuck one really high, and then do an equally fast 3 cascade under it. The 7s are probably higher than you think. (My guess, based on nothing but your request.)

  • sprung cascade - freakin impossible

  • indeed!!

  • i will get onto it

  • i´ve never seen this tricks looks pretty and hard!!

  • really cool trick, have you ever see the 4(6x,2x)* looks weird, but kind of cool to see... thank's for the tutorial..

  • Very well explained tutorial, and great pattern! I got it very quickly thanks to your help.

  • the 5551 fast passing thing is hard

gues i need more practice and i wil get it :)

great tutorials man !!!!!! even the bosten mess tutorial :P

  • lol yea it sort of resembles 5551, but it seems to be much harder. I can run 5551 pretty well, but I just can't run the sprung cascade at all for some reason.

And yea great tutorial! I'll keep trying.

  • Ok, thanks.

  • can someone tell me what siteswap means? and 6x and 4x and all that or is there a video somewhere that can teach me?

  • The channel 'JugglingTricks' has a siteswap tutorial which you should find helpful.

  • this trick stresses me out. On the 3 ball excercise when I'm switching from sync crossing back to box, I end up going into half shower for some reason. My reflexes are messing me up!

  • Another great tutorial! Keep up the good work.

  • thanks I get it from this tutorial.you explain very good rare tricks...keep up!

(my vid is first related vid btw:))

  • sweet! the more tricks the merrier!

  • G-sus H-christ boyo!!! thats immence!!

gotta say i do love your tut's, so clear and easy to watch =] not to mention varied music too =]

will have to give this a go when i become better at 441's =]

  • You've become very good at making tutorials. Your tutorials are the best on the web.

  • Great tutorial! This trick is awesome! I'll do my best to learn it :D

  • Thx, Thx and Thx! A very rare trick that i really wanted to learn. Finally an approch to it!

    Great tutorial.

  • Great tutorial. You are great at breaking tricks down.

  • I have SO much trouble with this. I think it's because my Shower isn't good enough in the "wrong" direction.

    Very impressive :)

  • Never seen this before. NIce.

  • THANKS!

  • Al = the best tutorializer

  • I just picked juggling back up after a long hiatus and goddamn youtube is a valuable resource. Yours are definitely among my favorite tutorials. I often have a hard time with others that either lack written instructions or have them in the video description, but the way you edit text into yours is so incredibly helpful. Keep up the good work, and thanks a lot.

  • I SEE IT FOR THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE AND THAT'S AWESOME oO

  • Thanks so much. Been struggling with this!

  • awesome tutorial!

my favorite transition to sprung cascade is (6,4) from sync fountain.

  • A relatively hard and good looking 4b trick. Thanks for the tutorial.

  • Oh thats a neat trick, did you make it up yourself or find it somewhere else????

anyhow, i'll try this first thing in the morning =D

  • Thank you very much for this tutorial

  • Looks rly cool. I'll try to do that tommorow. :p

  • nice!

  • very cool. i've never tried this before, but just looking at it i feel it would be easy for me to visualize it as something close to (6x,4)*. or maybe somewhere inbetween that and (6x,4)(4,2x)*. just a thought. great tutorial, as always.

  • Yeah, this is great trick. I havent learned it clean but can do it.

    Very good tutorial!

What program you use for editing? Looks good editing =)

  • Thanks! I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio for editing.

  • I HAVE to learn this!! ;D

  • thats good
