10-20 men

20-30 monk

30-40 chaos druid

40-50 flesh crawlers

and so on u can train at multiple places like rock crabs but i would not do them to 99 otherwise rest of the guide is ok

when your 1/1 (cb 3), just do waterfall quest, than Vampire Slayer, after that you should do Death plateau, you got 34/30 after those quests. Start training at rock crabs untill your 40-70 or 60-70, to get 99 strength just train at Experiments cb 25, with 100 hp in Canifis (see guides).
