  • I ride western and when I tried to ride English I felt sooo scared like I might fall out! great video

  • in my opinion it's easier to hold with one hand, i feel safer and more balanced...like if the horse goes wild i hold on to the saddle with the free hand and with the other hand I slow him down. WESTERN is the BEST and FUN and you bond with the horse...!

  • why western riders are so agressive about english riding style?

  • @MinkaPata yes we are

  • Ok western riding is NOT difficult. It's not easy either, but it's really not that difficult, The more you learn the easier it becomes, so don't let SOME PEOPLES messages discourage you from trying western riding. And Just another thing i would like to add in, you don't always have to hold the reins with one hand, you can use both hands in western riding if you like until you get more comfortable. And clearly thats whats going on here.

  • in western your suposed too ride with one hand! And western is not safe!!!! if you ride western gaming like i do you almost fall!!!! and your horse goes so close to the ground that your feet almost touch the ground!!!!! a canter is called a lope in western!!!!!!!!!!!!and you wear a cowboy hat and jeans in western and you are riding with a english bridle!! a western bridle has NO nose band!!!!!

  • @ElijahHFallonR What? Hold your horses You CAN Rid Western with on hand but I Ride with TWO Hands! Western IS Safe and It's FUN Don't you EVER Say it isn't!! And SOME Western bridle's have nose bands! Now Shut the hell up and go back to your city but Say OUT of MY Country!!

  • @ElijahHFallonR actually my western bridle has a nose band, and it is safer than english. and you dont have to use one hand, i use 2 because my horse is young, and is learning neck reining. its okay if you wear a helmet and english fear, it really dosnt matter, mind your own buissness.

  • @ElijahHFallonR no you're not supposed to ride with one hand! you can ride however you like (me for example- i prefer to ride with one hand because i fell more balanced and safer) And western is safer because it's more natural. And some western bridles have nose bands! And if your horse goes wild you can grab on to the saddles horn! IT'S BETER, MORE FUN, NATURAL AND SAFER!!!

  • @ElijahHFallonR dude, calm down...i ride western, and ur kinda bein a little obcessive about the whole what you can and can't do...as long as you're on a horse, it shouldn't matter what ur doing :)

  • What a good lil rider! :)

  • Shes a really good rider!! I've been riding western all my life anf for her first time she is really good! I tried english and I didn't like it so i'm back to western and barrels!

  • what a wonderful little rider!!!

  • oh my goodness! she is so small and cute!! oh wow look at her on that big horse!! wow but she is really good.

  • Wow she is an amazing rider!! Cute:D I ride western and english, and it's different every time i get in one or the other saddles:)

  • awesome job! I ride wwestern and I think yo have an excellent seat! Are you going to continue with western or go back to english?

  • She is such a good rider. And that was her very first western lesson? That's impressive. She looks so tiny compared to that horse lol.

  • What a cutie! she is a good rider! especially for her age!

  • that was good. although i think you went into the canter too suddenly. you didn't do enough walk and trot first

  • oh my goodness she is so cute! she does so good! i learned to ride western, then switched to english, and i remember the switch back was much different. she does real good for her first time
