Root for Rob all you want. His character has been seen not just in edited shows but in real-life interviews, where he pretty much confirms that the arrogant jerk he's supposedly edited to be is the way he is in real life.
@carnaco2 Yeah he's a dick. Somehow he is on the heroes side in heroes vs villains. I have no clue why or how he wins support from all these fat housewives. Everyone wanted him to win Survivor this past season and during the show he lied and called both of his alliance members idiots at the end of the show. To top it off, he was crying saying he wouldn't do the show again to spend time with his family yet he's off on another trip around the world on a new TV show.
Add me to the list of those who found Rob to be thoroughly disgusting in his comments and treatment of others, both to their face and behind their backs.

One thing with Boston Rob, he's pretty much the same obnoxious person in real life. Yes, editing does build a person up as a hero or villain, but little was needed with Rob.
From various interviews he's done. Defend him all you want. Many people find his behavior despicable. Amber was a pretty nice girl until Rob got hold of her.
And Rob is far from the best Survivor ever. He played both a decent physical game and strategic game, and I'm all for villiany, but being a bastard off camera as well as on is different. Take Rob C for example, he betrayed and backstabbed, but off camera he was a pleasant and decent guy.
Rob decided he could insult the guy who brought him on his reward's son.
He can't handle beign booed without attacking the guy who booed him. *rolls eyes*
I just hated all the hate mail from that one part, especially that one fag who wrote to Rob and Amber. I say this to Patrick, get over it you queer fag. This was about two years ago from when you raced, and you lost, and if I ever met you, I would rip out your third leg and shove it up your ass. I hate sore losers!

Maybe before you claim one team is brilliant, do some research.
And I'm all for playing dirty, but playing dirty and being an asshole are totally different.
