A few comments: first, you could mention that the Styles and Formatting menu has a default hotkey, which is F11 (clearly marked in the Format menu). Next, the "All Styles" filter actually shows *every* style, not simply the paragraph styles.
What I would really like to see is a tutorial that explains the interaction between:
- Bullets and numbering
- Numbering styles
- Paragraph styles
Could you do one on that? After years of using OpenOffice, I still don't get it.

BTW, is there a doc already done which uses all the OO styles so I can see visually why there is List 1, List 1 Cont, List 2, etc?
