@stickytwig The reason he's doing it like that is because the 4 ball cascade does not exist. It's impossible to do. The only way you can juggle four balls is either do 2 double hands or a 4 ball shower which is harder. Research before you criticize

this is a simple video but very good i always thought when juggling 4 balls they crossed over (like 3 balls) but its basicly juggling 2 balls in one hand but doing them both at the same time with 4, THANKYOU FOR THIS VIDEO

Great video. For ten days I've trying to learn 4 balls synchronous juggling. I haven't got it right yet. A few times I've done 9 cascades. My problem seems to be that I keep throwing the ball in my right arm higher than the other.

I think it took me about 1-2 weeks to learn 4 and get it solid. 5 ball on the other hand took me several months just to get up to 30 catches. I never got it solid.

Don't skip 3. It wouldn't take so long to learn 3 balls. Compared with 4, 3 is almost nothing. Compared with 5, 4 is almost nothing. Compared 6 with 5,,,. Got the picture? Some jugglers find 6 is as difficult as 7 for some reasons, though.

It took me a lot of time, too, to be comfortable with my less dominant hand(left hand). 2 in 1 hand juggling is not easy at all. So, don't worry. The good news is, if you practice 10 minutes everyday, I'm almost certain that you will feel improvement every other day! Count the number of catches you make and keep the record. Breaking 100 catches can be a nice goal for any juggling tricks.

I understand how you feel since most jugglers had the same problem when attacking the fountain. Using a door to set the right and left apart is a typical way to solve this even though I personally don't think it helps. It's just a matter of time. Keep throwing, and you will get it!

what do you mean by using a door? because no matter how much i practice the fountain they always gradually get closer and closer together and cross. advice please?

You half-open a door and stand in front of it. Keep your hands on both sides which the door separates. This way balls hit the door when the 2 paths get closer. I am not quite sure if this fix the problem right away, but may help somewhat.

Repeating the same mistake is really annoying. You know what's wrong but cannot correct it, right? I don't want to discourage you, but honestly, the only advice I can give you is this: do it the right way. Practice solves most problems.

Yeah, left hand will never stop bothering jugglers, hahaha. Work on the weak hand 2 ball pattern(it's called 2in1) a bit more so you can always get 100 catches. Practice everyday. It doesn't have to be a long session, but everyday, then you should see improvement almost everyday. The most fun part is the progress itself, so enjoy the process of learning!
