Why do people speak bad about the Holyghost??.. Most prophets and gods were born of virgins (Buddha, Osiris, Ra, a few other egyptian gods, Krishna) and most others born miraculously (Zeus, Mithra, Perseus, etc). Christianity merely stole this idea from previous religions because it would never, ever be able to compete with its contemporary religions if its savior were not miraculously born.

What are the chords for this? I can't figure out the intro. The original version goes vi, V, IV for its chord progression for the first verse, but I'm pretty sure this version doesn't follow that.
It was God himself that came to earth as the "son". In trinitarian theology the term 'son" referrs to a sepurate and distinct person from God. @amazinchiik Allah has always existed and expressed greater love than someone who would die for a friend- by creating friendship in the first place! Allah is the word for god in Arabic; Muhammad was speaking about Yahweh (god's name in hebrew). Just because people of different languages call him different names does not mean they arent still talking about the same thing! Jesus wanted the world to worship him, and so Christianity was born. Muhammad did not ask for worship, and was just messenger!

Its not only in the new testament where Jesus is Allah it's in the old testament also read Isaiah it talks about Him coming and all the names he would be called God was one of them. @amazinchiik I explained quite explicitly how we don't need jesus. Allah says in the Quran that salvation comes through belief, submission, and sacrifice. It refutes the necessity of jesus by cutting out the middle-man. You are confounding your own argument by claiming that Jesus is necessary to save people, when God could simply do it himself. In fact according to Christianity, he did- Jesus was his method. In the Quran, Allah does the same thing, but does not require someone to do it for him!
@BlueSpirals Jesus is not a middle man He is the great I AM. The middle man used to be the preist who would go to the temple and pray to God others could not go in because they were full of sin. God did do it himself hun. Sin equals death. Why? Because God is truth he is life. Jesus said that he is the comforter and the only people as far as I know who received this gift believed Jesus to be God. How do explain people who speak in tongues? Most prophets and gods were born of virgins (Buddha, Osiris, Ra, a few other egyptian gods, Krishna) and most others born miraculously (Zeus, Mithra, Perseus, etc). Christianity merely stole this idea from previous religions because it would never, ever be able to compete with its contemporary religions if its savior were not miraculously born.

It was God himself that came to earth as the "son". In trinitarian theology the term 'son" referrs to a sepurate and distinct person from God. @amazinchiik Allah has always existed and expressed greater love than someone who would die for a friend- by creating friendship in the first place! Allah is the word for god in Arabic; Muhammad was speaking about Yahweh (god's name in hebrew). Just because people of different languages call him different names does not mean they arent still talking about the same thing! Jesus wanted the world to worship him, and so Christianity was born. Muhammad did not ask for worship, and was just messenger!

You see, when Jesus spoke to his people, they misinterpreted him for God, when in fact he was merely a mortal representative of God. Those who saw Jesus' miracles worshipped him wrongly, especially Paul, who popularized Jesus by misquoting him greatly. Allah sent a final messenger to make the corrections, and he did so! @amazinchiik I explained quite explicitly how we don't need jesus. Allah says in the Quran that salvation comes through belief, submission, and sacrifice. It refutes the necessity of jesus by cutting out the middle-man. You are confounding your own argument by claiming that Jesus is necessary to save people, when God could simply do it himself. In fact according to Christianity, he did- Jesus was his method. In the Quran, Allah does the same thing, but does not require someone to do it for him!

@amazinchiik How do I explain the holy ghost? Lol. The holy ghost exists only in the bible, and by the way, the original word in hebrew translates to "holy breath", not ghost. Jesus does not prove the existence of the ghost and neither does the ghost prove the godliness of jesus. That's like me saying, "If there is no such thing as Vishnu, then how do you explain Brahma?!" All four of those things quite obviously do not exist. You believe in them because you were told to.

@BlueSpirals Yeah I don't know nor care who Brahma and Vishnu are. No I just told you that the Holy Ghost has evidence which is speaking in tongues you cannot deny that it isn't real because the people in the video are doing it. I can also hear myself when I speak in tongues it is not gibberish. The Holy Ghost is Jesus. That's why I brought it up. @amazinchiik Yeah, you don't know about other religions, which is exactly my point. You were raised christian and JUST SO HAPPEN to think it's the true religion. If you were raised in Afghanistan, you'd tell me that Islam is the only true religion. It's like you walked into a gigantic shoe store, tried on 1 pair of shoes, said "No other shoes can fit better than these" and walked out. You cant actually know that without trying them all on.

@BlueSpirals That's obviously not true because I know many who were not raised in a Christian environment and got saved. So that argument was pretty weak. I know plenty about other religions because I'm quite educated in that section those gods were Hindu gods I just could care less. I wouldn't have because I know people who are in Afghanistan who are Christians. Being raised in that environment doesn't mean you can't chose to not follow what you were taught. Happens all the time.

@amazinchiik Do you seriously think its a coincidence that most Indians are hindus, most chinese are buddhist, and most arabs are muslim? Religion is regional. Most americans are christian for the same reason. I know some americans we converted to Islam, so obviously your argument is weaker than mine. Your mom babbling in Spanish does not prove that god exists. Read about Glossolalia. you are very confused about what 'tongues' means.

@BlueSpirals Actually you proved my argument. I was saying that were you grew up doesn't matter it's your choice on what you want to become. You said yourself that most Americans are Christians which I know isn't true because I live here there are people that grew up here in that environment and became atheist Buddhist Muslim etc., I know about Glossolalia hun that's old news. Two totally different things. Glossolalia is invented speech nonsense. Speaking in tongues is not.

@amazinchiik Uhm, where you grow up strongly affects your religion. Why do you think most Irish are catholic and protestant? Why are most arabs muslim? You are pretty stupid and unreasonable. Glossolailia = tongues, and linguistic anthropologists have proved that tongues is influenced by the languages you already know- it's literally a bunch of nonsense made up with the same structure as the language you know. That's how we KNOW its false.

@BlueSpirals I never said that it doesn't affect you! Read what I'm saying. I said it doesn't matter because in the end you chose. Yes you are affected but that does not put your future in stone. You are choosing who you want to be. This is no schizophrenia. It's biblical. Go to church one that preaches what I'm telling you then see for yourself because after you actually see it then that's when you are able to have an opinion on it.

@BlueSpirals Neurologist have even said that it's a mystery because when you speak no matter what it is even gibberish the frontal lobe of the brain will vibrate that is a fact you cannot deny. When people speak in tongues that frontal lobe of the brain is not active. I've said this before hun. It's not gibberish. What is active in the brain are all the senses like every nerve in your body was touched. Scientist are still trying to find the cause and they still haven't.

@BlueSpirals How could one speak in a language that they were never taught? How is this possible then? There is another example my pastor was ending service with a prayer and got really into it and began speaking in tongues after prayer ended a guy went up to my pastor and said "I didn't know you spoke Latin!" and my pastor replied "Neither did I what did I say?" the guy happened to be a scholar in Latin he told my pastor that he was proclaiming Jesus to be the one true God.

@amazinchiik You cannot speak a language you were never taught, and that is NOT speaking in tongues. Your brain doesnt invent understanding of Arabic if you dont know it. Your 'tongues' is just a bunch of nonsense, and your mom speaking some random actual language is either an outright lie, or she already knew it. Sorry. No demons. No angels. I am NOT convinced by these random anecdotes about "omg my grandma spoke hebrew!"

@BlueSpirals GO to a Pentecostle Church hun...or just a church that does what I'm saying because I know its real because I'm doing it. I never said that I was conscious of the language I was speaking. I do have the ability to recognize languages as does everyone else. Recognizing and understanding are two different things. She never knew it and there why would I lie? That would make Jesus look bad. I'm telling the truth. As I said before go to church and then state your opinion.
