Good performance, but I'm guessing age has something to do with them tuning the guitars down a FULL step. Most people would not notice, but many musician's out there do. I guess they can't hit the high notes anymore. It's sad :(
His voice isn't crash hot in this. I think the only artist whose voice is still the same or even better than it was in the 70s is Roger Hodgson. Still, love this!
That's not Pro quality, but it's not bad. Still much better than most concert posts. But all things considered, camera work was pretty decent considering your in a mosh pit and all. :) Curious, tho, what were you using to record that?

@shanbear421 The empty seats are those behind the stage where you would be looking at the back of the group. They are empty at most gigs. ps. I know as I was a roadie for Blondie, Patti Smith & Joe Jackson. Shame the camera didn't pan around the arena to show all the full seats. I saw FM four times in the UK 2009, all packed...except behind the stage!

Christ! Lindsey's carrying the whole damn band. Not only is he responsible for the lion's share of the songwriting and studio work, he's now the main reason to see the band live in their silver years. He's got more energy and charisma than the rest of the members combined. I love Stevie but her voice has grown thin and that little tambourine shuffle barely qualifies as movement. McVeigh's rhythm is still solid but he could basically phone in a performance like this. Damn, makes me feel old(er)

@timandrew1 Those empty seats look to be behind and the odd sides of the stage. When they play in sports domes for basketball/hockey they have the band setup at one end and close off the seats behind the stage and at the weird side angles since they wouldn't have a good view.
It sad to see these guys age. They've still got the talent, sure. But this song just isn't the same without Lindsey being able to hit those high notes with ungodly power behind his voice like he used to.
@kkwak92 He would sound a lot better if he hadn't already been playing and singing for 2 hours. They almost always do this song last or as an encore, so he's a little tired by the time it comes around. Wish they would move it forward in the set. It's not like anyone is going to leave early if they do this song first. lol

I saw this tour a couple of weeks earlier in Ottawa. They were amazing. I always loved the old FM, and this was teh first time to see them live. They are electric, and Lindsay Buckingham is one of the best stage musicians to be seen - ever.

@timandrew1 Those empty seats look to be behind and the odd sides of the stage. When they play in sports domes for basketball/hockey they have the band setup at one end and close off the seats behind the stage and at the weird side angles since they wouldn't have a good view.

It sad to see these guys age. They've still got the talent, sure. But this song just isn't the same without Lindsey being able to hit those high notes with ungodly power behind his voice like he used to.

@kkwak92 He would sound a lot better if he hadn't already been playing and singing for 2 hours. They almost always do this song last or as an encore, so he's a little tired by the time it comes around. Wish they would move it forward in the set. It's not like anyone is going to leave early if they do this song first. lol

They came to Holland in 2009.
It would be their last concert as Fleetwood Mac in Holland.
I saw the sign but I didn't went because I had other things to do and I figured that the tickets would be really expensive.
I really regret it now and I wish I went to that concert because it was probably the last chance I had to see them live. The last chance and I blew it!
And afterwards my friends were all bragging about it... horrible!

I didnt like music in the beginning, because the only music i heard was big bass booms all over the place, i started to learn of the beatles, metallica, the eagles, etc..
So i bought guitar hero, played this song for like 1 day in total, and still cant get enough of it, so video games have purpose :)

I saw this tour a couple of weeks earlier in Ottawa. They were amazing. I always loved the old FM, and this was teh first time to see them live. They are electric, and Lindsay Buckingham is one of the best stage musicians to be seen - ever.

She said it herself in many interviews, example: in 2009 she said in an interview that she lost over 15 pounds but before that she was kind of a big gal...

@MrDunkJunk Sorry, wasn't really getting at Lindsey personally - It was actually a response to wakwak350's comment about ex-girlfriends getting fat. I love both Stevie and Lindsey completely regardless of WHAT they look like over the years. However it's a fact most men get red faced and receding with time, just as most women get fatter (don't worry, I've got it coming I'm sure!) - and anyway 15lbs of excess weight is bugger all really even for a 5ft lass!

A receding hairline is horrible, but sadly most men get it in their late 40s. Lindsey's face was probably red and sweaty because he wore a leather jacket during the whole concert (in an arena filled with people), that says about enough right? And about Stevie's weight, I don't care. I think she is a beautiful person inside and out and a big gal wil allways beat ''cocaine skinny'' in my book!

Lindsey lives in Sedona Arizona in the desert. Thats why his face is so dark. My brother lives there and his is the same way. Stevie lives in Arizona too.near Phoenix.
Yeah,if you missed it. You REALLY missed out. I saw them first during the Rumours tour in the 70's.

He plays mostly a Rick Turner, designed by Rick Turner for Lindsay, who was not happy staying with a Telecaster or Les Paul. The 'Rick Turner Model 1' was introduced.
