You have two choices. You can order and get the original tickets or you can print the tickets. I had order the tickets, and within a weeks they were arrived. Enjoy the concert ;)

I thought 'General pass' is where whoever get's there first get's the best seats. like where you choose your seats..Am i wrong?

As far as I know that applies to stand areas only (if you know what I mean). The seats are in numbers. like Port: West/Df Row: 23 Seat: 18 When you order a ticket, you can select your desired seats.
