I like it a lot! It resembles our first shifter that we did with Tetrix for Faceoff. However that was a 2 speed, One problem that I know you will have is stripping of gears while shifting. If you look at the favorites on my channel you can see our 3 speed for VEX. In FTC however the 120 tooth gears are so big I don't see any use for them in a shifter when you can get quite a ridiculous ratio with just the 40 and 80 tooth gears, message me and we can talk more if you like characters are out...
