sorry but who are you to judge what is and isn't art? Go out and buy a paintball marker and a bunch of paint, do something better, then tell me that this isn't art.

Art is whatever the artist and the viewer make of it. It has nothing to do with how "super amazing" the final product is. Remember that a majority of modern art consist of pieces like a red circle in the middle of a white canvas. Does that count as art? The Guggenheim seems to think so.
