A jazz guy showed me this probably 40 years ago. I only got to the first three strings. I use it in part with some of my antiquated leads. I would agree with the 'sledge57' guy here, Marty is an excellent instructor. Thanks for all your efforts. Most all us old guys appreciate it that never had lessons.
Hey your lessons are the best !!! They are helping my 33 yr old untrained hacker ass lots . Been playing by ear for a very long time and picked things up here and there but you explain things in a way that seems easier to grasp than most of these blazing clowns i see on the tube . Thanks for sharing your skill and taking the time.Cheers!! from Toronto
simple and useful.thanx marty! what else do you do with time exercises? (i call them time exercises)i see you when soloing you use them sometimes...:)
they're good to do when you are paying attention to something else or watching t.v. etc. they find their way into your improvising, but yes, they can be boring.
man your good how to you learn how to play all of these difrent songs

Thanks Marty, I've learned more in 2 months watching your videos than I ever learned in the years I spent trying to learn the guitar.
I gave it up for over 25 years (52 now) and just decided to try one more time, and thanks to you I don't intend to give up again.
