The ban on gay marriage would indeed have a chance of being passed. All we have to do is remove the 1st, 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments; we can ban gay marriage. That way the Constitution will not contradict itself.
It's not new at all. Harry Truman: "They think we're giving 'em hell. We're not giving them hell, we're just telling the truth and they think it's hell." I think that when the Dems take control of Congress, Bush is going to go through an awful lot of hell. I'm looking forward to it. Heck, I'm bringing marshmallows!
