im not sure about controls on xbox but on ps3 you can increase ur health by pressing the square button its like a hotkey for health... pretty resourceful ^^

man i used to ask the same question BUT i found out how. if you have a medical pack in your inventory press X button to increase you health :P

Believe me,its scarier than it looks.

Its not so much the gameplay alone,its more-so the sounds,lighting,and realistic graphics along with the gameplay and necromorphs(the zombie things) that make it scary.
