eatch out for the anatomy you should be able to fit another head in each shoulder and in

batman´s right shoulder looks like you could fit 2 more heads his pecs look also way too big and i cant tell where the cape ends and the suit starts in the neck area use diferent types of rendering. Last try to gesture the whole figure first instead of going for an outline and detail it will make things so much easier

I think batman is great to draw, still draw him today, I get frustrated sometimes, because his cape is just one big shape or a siloute...great drawing...and you didnt even do that from a reference....

Its Good, it would be better if the bat symbol wasnt lopsided and if the shading wasnt done in graphite. Graphite makes a shine, use charcoal or colored pencils, something that doesnt leave a shine.
