I call bullshit. You can't make a purchase without transferring your information in some way or form. The only thing this could do is get around key loggers, unless it encrypts the card number within the device, then sends that encrypted number to the site and the site decrypts it there (which I find to be highly unlikely). Either way, your information is getting transferred at some point or another... so yeah BS.
