3 things I gotta say:

-I think that guy in the brown coat is the gangster incarnation of that green guy that was encountered in the underground area where the big cards were.

-Shorty Leg is fatter than depicted in the artwork of the credits

-I think the picture of the gangster with the crossguns as in the weapons you can use. The picture does change later in the game...

Hmm, well Condemned 2 has drinks improve your gun usage and firing ability- Ethan Thomas also being an alchoholic, though you're right AFAIK about health. I'm guessing that the flasks have some amazing tonic in them as well though.
