Hi Jacque!!! I'm thinking about taking the 10000 mcg Biotin also because I've only read great reviews about it on Amazon and hair forums. It seems that people have not been getting very many results from 5,000 but the 10,000 gives much better results!
@Jacquee22 I've been researching it and it seems as the Monistat makes your hair grow faster because it helps stimulate blood flow and get's rid of yeast/fungus that may be blocking slowing the hair growth down, but users have experienced shedding once they stop.
I was thinking about using other antifungal "natural" things like coconut oil, which I already use and tea tree oil and I believe castor oil instead of the synthetics in monistat.
I'm so mad, I usually drink a lot of water, recently I stopped and I was wondering why I have 3 new pimples when I usually NEVER break out, maybe like 1 pimple during that time of the month...but ugh...let me get back on my WATER!

I have Biotin for 5000 mcg. I am gonna' try taking two of these...I don't have a problem drinking water. I love it. God bless!

um, how and why would you even think of putting yeast fighting cream in your hair??? and doesn't that have petroleum in it too?
