The speed, acceleration, trajectory and distance can be calculated easily.. certainly wouldnt take 2 years. i could do it with fixed values in about an hour.. could throw in some of the variables in 2..

But there are too many variables, acceleration changes how he leans on the slide, distance changes how he moves his arms and legs in the air.. And if his launch was off by a mere degree, he would miss the pool..

So.. Its not real.. End of story..
