It doesn't take much common sense to understand that if wifi and microwave ovens operate at the same frequency, 2.4 ghz, there could be a problem. This is why people are having problems. The Magdahavas site has some great info.
You did great, hope the majority of people who don't have to deal with this condition will take it seriously before their families or themselves are eventually effected. I recently learned that the bone pain in my leg has been aggravated by the high EMFs in the drivers area of my new minivan, during the day it is 25 miliguass and at night with the headlights on it goes up to 100 mG. In Switzerland where they care about these things, 2 mG is the limit for prolonged exposure to EMF.

Bravo. Thank you for speaking before the Raleigh City Council. I too am Electromagnetic Hypersensitive and Multiple Chemical Sensitive. I have many meters and check the various fields: RFR (as emissions come into my apartment from the antennas in the church steeple), 60 Hz, and Dirty Electricity...I do not have a meter for ground currents though, but have been affected by them. You see I have it all...The radiation that is. Please let me know what the council decides. Need a sanctuary
