@trainlover479 If you are talking about the woman seen at :22 seconds, I'm related to that person. She wasn't trying to be in my picture. I simply over rotated the pan a bit and she was in the way.
Yeah. I think the train was going too fast. At the end of the video you can see that the engineer overran the station and you can hear the emergency brakes being applied.
They activate at the same time. You can't tell from this video, but it's a three road intersection. The bells are just a little out of synch. I have been stopped at this crossing more than once.

I got stopped at this crossing back in the spring by the Amtrak Downeaster. It was going at pretty high speed.
Doesn't it sound was too cautic (spelling?) when the bells are out of synch?
