@TTFUnlimited They are the same guy. Their hacks do exactly the same thing, they have the same voice and look the same. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy. He probably didn't recognise them because they look just like normal Halo characters. Anyone can look the way they do in Halo as long as they have unlocked those armours. The voices should have given them away though.

@UltimateVillain It isn't the same guy. They may look the same, but as you said, anyone can look like that if they unlocked it. The voices are actually different too. The leader in Season 5 who gave them the hacks was voiced by Khail Anonymous, while Jon voices Clyde. The hacks are also a little different. The ones that Chaos Theosis use are perma ban. The hacks from season 5 could be lifted.
