@Otissor because the original case is terrible for air flow and creates overheating situations, switching to this case and getting some nice sized fans will reduce temps therefore allowing longer gaming sessions without incident.

They didn't put that case into production, the one they sell is called Lian Li XB01. It doesn't have the door on the front & the DVD drive doesn't cover any of the motherboard.

Hey guys I bought this case! guess what!

After 4 hours of playing Halo ODST the back fan on this case with the 360 inside the air was still cool!!!!!!! whereas the original case had super hot air! Hahahaa

wtf does a TB of ram have to do with any thing? the amount of ram has nothing to do with its speed. the speed that it can be accessed at it determined by the front side bus. and it would be completly pointless to have 1 terabyte of ram because you couldnt posibly run enough programs to use it to its potential and if you could, the CPU wouldnt be able to run them.

hey thats a great idea i used my old compute case to put my xbox in and i removed the old hearsinks and i put on a big coolers for pc cpu and a monster fan above and on each side and it cools it down great but this is hardcore modification so do nt try this at home unless u know what u are doing and i done it because i got red ring of death

Ya i agree with coolboy completely. PC's are much better. The hardware in the xbox is absolutely terrible. I mean for the average price of an xbox i would have enough for a believe an intel i7 processor. Or a terabyte of memory. Or numerous other parts. I myself love xbox and pc but i would choose PC anyday. They will never make a console that can keep up with PS,s sorry but that will just never happen. So TBH PC much better.

Sorry something was wrong lol. I could buy almost 3 Terabyte of memory. For the people who dont know a Terabyte is 1000 gigabytes. So i would be able to buy almost 3000 GB of memory for the price of a xbox. And with that much memory possibilities are endless.

No iv actually got 3 games running off m computer. And iv got to hold all the the files of them games all the passwords usernames and everything else. And each game is a diffrent size. One game i think is around 500gb and i think thats the second largest one i think our best one was around. 800gb so ya the space is needed. also for all of my addons for all my other games. Like steam wow eq2 and everything else. And ya im not going to lie there is some porn on there im not ashamed of it.

That was before the price drop. And i have seen i7's around 200 its not a rare sight. And a terabyte of ram would absolutely impossible. Ram is the computers memory. The max i have seen on a non-server motherbaord is around 125 gigs. A TB of ram would impossible for the human to keep up with. The speed of that much memory is faster than the speed of light. And as far as it being better than most computer i really doubt that.

It features 3 3.2 cores which is far beyond most home pc's andfor the ram it is possible. you might be able to get an i7 processor yes for under the 360 price but what about the rest of the stuff motherboard etx.

Dude 1TB of ram is not possible. Find me a computer with that much. If you can find proof than i will believe you. But to be honest 1TB of ram is impossible, right now we dont have the technology to keep up with that kind of speed. It may be possible in like 50-60 years but now the most iv seen a desktop computer can hold is 24 gb so thats pretty far from 1TB. And most pc's are starting to become the same as xbox speed. But as far as the ram thats impossible

@SeanBondWBB in a way it does b/c stuff form the hdd and cd rom temp get stored in the ram before it reaches the cpu, and cpu can read faster from ram than it can form hard drive and dvd rom

the only shitty part is the setup. the actual cell processor is.. well to be honest, insane, compared to our quad cores. this is a multi quad core, with a quad core controlling the other quad cores.. its genius.

however the gpu is... craaaaap. but it does ok, but without that cell the 360 would just be another gaming system, same as the ps3 (except the ps3 sucks, adn before you say i can't say that. i own one. they have EA games. and let EA do the orage box.. just an example)

hey, thanks for responding! that isn't bad, 80 bucks or so. it can make it quieter because it has a variable voltage fan that is bigger than the stock fans. bigger fans means less noise. it also has more space inside which allows cool air to circulate easier, hence it will cool much MUCH better than the crappy stock 360 case.

bigger fans dont = less noise, bigger fans push more air at lower voltages meaning itll be quieter beacuse you dont have to run it at a high voltage to get the same cooling as a smaller fan ran at a higher voltage

large fan rotation= less RPM = quieter
