Tutorial: How to make Windows XP Look like Vista

ive used this before but it changes a lot in my system and kinda slow my pc...so i uninstall it but after i did the actual theme was left and sounds so...im just using the theme but not all the settings of that file :D

theres just one thing, i no lots of people dont no the answere to this, but is there like a program to... well, on a REAL vista there is this icon effect. when u put ur mouse cursor over an icon, it lights up. i need a program for that!

great tut - can you tell me how I can change my second user to the same? In other words - I have two users on my computer. My side has the change to vista but the other side no change. I attempted to open the vista pack on that side but it does not respond. any ideas? thanks man

um... right click on a blank area on ur desktop, then go to properties. go to themes and see if it is there. im not sure if it will be, but thats my suggestion.
