The girls there who went wild are my first degree cousins.Their parents together with their 5 other siblings died. I miss my Tiyo Nilo,Tiya Ester and Jhong2x.May all their souls rest in peace. May all the victims find justice to what happened to them. :_(
paano kase mga buwaya sa pera kahit na ongit ang weather hala pinapaalis parin without thinking the risk of the passengers,, 1million peoss per familyof the victim is not enough kaya careful na sa pagsakay sa mga ship and look din kong bulok ba o hinde ang sasakyan,,
im very sad the great disaster happened in my country :( i agree, the one who let the ship board is dumbest of all dumbs they know that there is an upcomming typhoon. look the faces of the passenger's family, friends and relatives. its hard to accept esp. to those who lost their love ones. all we have to do is to pray that's the only thing that can save them now. my sypathies to the victim's family, relatives and friends.
My friend this is called "CORRUPTION"! Suspicio knows that there was a big typhoon coming, but their MONEY HUNGRY HEARTS, let the ferry go, and they though that they would get away with it...and for their compensation they give $500 for each dead passengers (a life is only worth $500 to SUSPICIO). Anyway, EVERY HUMAN BEING DIES...And those MONEY HUNGRY SUSPICIO EMPLOYEES will die too! And they will all FACE the GREAT JEHOVAH...And answer for their MONEY HUNGRY CORRUPT GREEDYNESS...GL IN HELL
i understand how painful it was, My brother is one of the victims for 4 weeks past still we dont know where to find him, No matter how we shout nor cry those people dont give a damn for they were all paid by the company for a service.
it wasn't the captain fault, nor the coastguard, it was the person in charge who gave signal for the ship to go or not considering the weather that day. for the sulpicio lines itself, you should not just rely on PAGASA's report. we know that management knows about the weather but still they let go of the ship for business' sake. in short, "business is business"
stupid mother freakin philippines government!!!! my grand ma was on that ship, i cant do nothin cause im all the way here in oz.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate Philippines!!!!!!!!!
I always love Philippines... This is my Place... This is my Country... This is my Home... Even it is governed by corrupt government... Even this belongs to the 3rd world... My Country is always worth dying for.... Forever!
Its very painful to hear that you hate my country... but I'll be happy if you will say that you hate the Philippine GOVERMENT... I hope that's what you meant.
i think the government should do something about the company itself, sulpicio lines. as long as i can remember this is the 4th tragedy concerning sulpico lines. why can't the government be firm in making those liable for these tragedy act. compensation for the victims & their relatives is not enough. knock knock philippine government!!! the best solution to stop this kind of tragedy is to change the management of sulpicio lines.
The responsible for this tragedy is the Capt. of the ship and the Phil. Coast Guard.
The Capt. Should consider not only the merchandise but most of all the lives.
And the Coast Guard was aware that there was a typhon why did they allow the vessel to sail? It is a lack of wisdom to ignore the typhon. I suggest to all authorities who are engage in navigation that they should consider the natural force whether it is signal #1 , #2 or whatever state of calamity that will take lives.
bakit ba??? lagi na lang natin sini sisi ang mga gobyerno..technicaly speaking..!!!there is no such reason to blame them because we....are the one who put them inside the state through there position.....to rule the Philippine government.....i hope you understand it....................!!!!!
we put them in the position because we trust them... but what they did? they betrayed that trust!!! also do we have an option not to choose someone to be in the position? We dont have!!! Anyone in the position has an option to be corrupt or not... but they choose to be corrupt!!! it's their choice to be corrupt not ours!!! and you said we should blame ourselves... we are the victims here and its our fault!!! For God Sake Wake UP!!! I hope you understand it too!!!
Puro na lang gobyerno sinisisi nyo. Kung ang tao ba pinili na magjaywalk kahit na bawal - kasalanan ba ng gobyerno yun pag nasagasaan sya? Nationbuilding is just not a responsibility by those in power, but it is a shared responsibility of all its citizens. Sheesh!
condolences to those family who lost thier loveones in this tragedy. Pls. bear in mind that accident always happen unexpected so be extra careful with your self, ready and pray always to GOD to avoid this tragic tragedy to happen...

weather services provide plenty of info on weather. you know there's a danger when a tropical storm developes. a seaman should know that danger and prepare for it. it's just negligence not to. tropical storms themselfs are dangerous and that only would put passengers in harms way. amplify that danger by making it a deadly typhoon and the captin and cruiseline are serverly negligent imbeciles. anyway my sadness goes out to those families who needlessly lost their loved ones.
What a waste of life you're having! Remember, whatever you do or say to innocent souls will always come back to you 700 times of seven folds....Who knows, as you read this comment, you choke on your saliva and DIE! You poor soul....Wicked!
From what I heard and here it is. In Philippines they give them warning on a different scale. However, in order to postponed the trip the warning level is high, but this one they give them a low level warning which means they can sail on a low level despite a big typhoon is heading on a way.
I've worked on many hurricanes with fema doing emergency supplies. I've sat in fema rooms and watched the weather through intellicast myself. You do not want to be anywhere near a hurricane or typhoons path especially with that amount of people is absurd. The cruise should have been immediately canceled and they should have saught safty. safty is the primary directive especially with that many peoples lifes. if your an adventure seeker that's a different story but their lifes were taken.
As part of a rescue crew myself we made sure to stay away from the path. there's no need to be anywhere a typhoon/hurricane when you know it's out there and with modern weather services the typhoon path is pre-known. I knew the path of the hurricane from my own home - how could the cruiseline and captin be so negligent with 700+ peoples lifes. There surely is a code they have to abide by when transporting passengers. I know as a truck driver in US I have a million codes I have to abide by.
the cruiseline and captin cost them their lives. how hard is it to check the weather especially when you have 700+ lives at stake....but instead those people senselessly died because of their negligence. being an x truck driver the first thing i used to do before a trip is check the weather for my path ahead. if i could do it they surely could.
