  • It's got to be NYPD, because any emergency vehicle licensed in New York State is not allowed to have forward facing blue lights. Forward facing blue lights are reserved for volunteers and POVs as courtesy lights.

  • If you look on the running boards you can see two code 3 ledx modules and the same behind the grill, and if you look close when headlights of other vehicles are visible through the rear tinted windows you can make out led light modules, they may have an electrical problem of some sort.

  • @cdffirefighter I wasn't able to make out anything on the front or back, but it does look like there are some lights on the running boards. Eh, oh well.

  • why are the people not moving out of the way?

  • hmm I seen fbi shows that looked like an Unmarked FBI SUV

  • Thats a POV, i am one in NYC also. POV are not allowed to use sirens, thats why you don't hear them blaring. NYC Cops always use their sirens, its actually a law.

  • @SaInTsRoW3Gameplay Police are generally local. FBI is a Federal law enforcement agency.

  • Probably an EMT's personal car. I see those a lot. People who are city/government employees deck their own cars and make them look unmarked. Sad truth that it's illegal but most if not all law officials will turn a blind eye. My friend who's a JFK security guard (aka Homeland Security) decked his personal Impala to ones used by actual government agencies. He never once got in trouble when he got pulled over.

  • thats my mom, she taking me to the school. :D

  • great car nice video :P

  • voluneer fire men

  • @DFPFilms1 Not in NYC, FDNY doesn't have vollys

  • @DFPFilms1 i could be because it isnt police because all police forces MUST have the blue making light with the red

  • @TheReaper951 It could be for some reason they only use red in NY. Only fed cars will have red and blue there. It is different where you live for instance in colorado they use both red and blue

  • @TheReaper951 Naw, by NY state law forward facing blue lights technically arn't allowed for cops - Hence NYPD etc. using red & white sometimes with rear facing blues.

  • volunteer ambulance service (hatzolah)

  • It's a Jew playing cop, if you could see the plate it reads EMT.

  • @hwydaddy Don't EVER say "Jew", it's like calling a Japanese person a Jap.

  • Just look closely:

    1) He has 4 leds under the hood (Off)

    2) And if I'm not blind i see some hidden lights in back too (Off)

So he just turned it off :P

    Probably NYPD

  • 2 whelen slimlighters (6tir leds per side 1 w. Does anyone know what that is? Who has a pov? anyone. bright leds can't go wrong with that

  • for what are these unmarked police cars good?

is it something like an "undercover cop"... :D...

sorry if it sounds like i've just watched too much tv :P

  • @soldier312

It can take some time before the criminal(s) notice that It is a police vehicle and might begin doing the crime even though the police is around and therefore you have one or more police officer as an eyewitness.

Can also be good for surveillance where they can't reveal themselves as police officers. Now after they've used the same damn vehicles for so long you most likely will know what's a cop car and whatnot..

  • @soldier312 Yeah they are good for surveillance and the traffic patrol in my city use unmarked to catch more people off guard...pretty easy to spot a white marked car but they got like black durangos and chargers now...

  • @thokmasta True, my town uses old explorers and tahoes as unmarked, hard to tell at night which I guess is the point.

  • @truckboy59 Yeah they are more used to get you off guard if you are like me paranoid looking for cops always lol. I talked to a traffic cop like 2 years ago and says they usually switch between bikes (when warm) and then the marked and unmarked cars.

  • your all ronnng the Vehicle is Border Patrol vehicle border patrol use ultra lights onn the front car

  • maybe its a us marshall

  • guys he has a shit load of lights-if you look closely he has 2 dominators in the grill and a bar in the back but they are NOT TURNED ON! dude musta not known he had 75% of his lights off haha

  • @bryanb2990 wow nice catch i couldnt even tell that bar in the back was there till you said somethin

  • its nobody!

  • If it were government, it would be decked out with a lot of red/blue lights and would have a really loud siren.

  • Rear emergency lighting would help, lol !

  • Narc yepp all i can say is hide your stash narckos FUCK

  • It's local police nothing else

  • maybe nothing official xD

he only wants to have some fun ;)

    i would understand that ;)

  • I don't think that the NYPD would agree with that guy's definition of "fun"...

  • i don't think its federal or local gov. of any kind; it only has 2 whelen slimlighters to the front and nothing to the rear; gov. vehicles always have 360 (front and rear strobes, leds on the side, leds along the rear headliner, headlight flasher, etc.) my guess its a VAS member's POV

  • @fleamarketfan as in vas i am assuming you mean voulnteer ambulance? if so. it cant be as New york ems personal run green lights in povs

  • @mortonfiredept. VAS do run green in POVs for the most part, but the NYS DOH does issue permits for red lights and sirens to individuals (who apply and receive dept clearance) as long as they follow certain procedures and carry a certain checklist of BLS supplies. BedStuy VAS and Hatzolah are 2 of the VAS that i know ppl in that have red lights in their POVs

  • @fleamarketfan oo..i did not know that. Thanks

  • @mortonfiredept Not in the city, for example Hatzolah EMS which is a volunteer first aid organization have permits to use red lights

  • @fleamarketfan either that or a guy who REALLY needs to get to work and is running late

  • @fleamarketfan He has a ton more lights, for some dang reason, he wasn't using them. (Not smart at all.)

  • @fleamarketfan If you look closely youll see that he doesnt have the entire vehicle lit up. There are several grill lights that arent on.

  • @bman2101 once you turn the lights on.. all the lights the vehicle contains go on dipshit. you don't choose which ones you want on. theres a choice between lights + sirens, not having only certain lights go on.

  • @BeyondDestiny Before you call me dipshit, do your homework. As an EMT, I drive emergency vehicles for a living. 99% of all emergency vehicles have selectable light modes, such as being able to only turn on the rear lights and leave all the front lights off. Or all lights except clear lights. This is useful for example when you are operating on a scene and you still want rear protection from oncoming vehicles, but don't want to have to deal with the blinding front lights while working.

  • @BeyondDestiny This comment made the number one slot for lowering my I.Q. just by reading it. Congrats.

  • Probably some VIP, didnt use the siren.

  • or a POV

  • FBI?

  • Nope Fbi use r/b and have lots more lights thats nypd

  • Thanks!

  • @Publowle thats ny crime lab

  • @Publowle NYPD. As Per State Law.

  • @Publowle Do you know why they only use red lights in NY? Same with like birmingham or in the south they use only blue usually.

  • @Publowle no, its a Volunteer firefighter in his POV, they cannot use blue lights, if it was a cop, he legally has to have his blue lights flashing.
