please don't get offended or anything.. but i think your eyes would look so much better of the eyeliner on the bottom didn't reach all the way to the tear duct. if you angle the eyeliner downwards and only on the outer third under the eye then blend well, it will give you a gorgeous cat eye.

Well, I know what helped me a bit, although the gym is the best. First always eat protein for breakfast, eggs, turkey sausage, cottage cheese, etc. Cut back on red meat. If you drink, switch from beer to hard liquor, but remember there's 7 cals per gram of alcohol, that's almost as much as fat (9 cals per gram), so any alcohol will be empty cals. Avoid processed foods and sugars which increases insulin production in your bod. That and some jogging and they'll melt off.
