It's not a Teardrop copy. The european opening theme for House MD is different from the american opening. I never really found out why there's a difference but the intention was not to copy Teardrop. Although it sounds somewhat similar, got give that up to you.

only because someone tacked the intro to teardrop on to the rest of the song, which was composed by the television producers because they couldn't get licence to use teardrop outide of america. they used the middle section on it's own for a while. which might actually be a seperate track. blame the person who posted this 'remix' for putting these conflicting things together and misleading everyone.

it's called, 'everywhere but the US' and was supposed to sound a lot like teardrop.
