@DactaG1225 Use the highest sensitivity that you can be accurate with, use steady aim, damage and mags, never traverse long corridors (stay in the parts of the map where there are a lot of corners for you to take cover behind if you miss), don't shoot at your enemy until you are in range, don't always attack from the same angle, don't use the spas on Fallen because that map is a piece of shit, and have fun. If you get mad, you will fuck up and break a controller.

it depends tho, if your really accurate and aim down sight with range you can hit people from pretty far. From such a distance the damage wont do anything. So if you can get really close damage is better, Its just not "of course" better.

I don't like shotguns because of the range. Even in small corridors I get out-ranged and killed, and the range proficiency is unlocked at weapon level 23.

I hate this as well, they do it in every video game (gears u gotta b like 1 foot away lol) . Do they even try out guns before they make a game entirely based on guns? If they did they would find out real shotguns have RANGE. Otherwise how the fuck would people hunt birds and deer? What do they walk up within 4 feet of a deer and unload? No, they kill it from like 50-150 yards depending on barrel length, choke, and type of round. The range prof. helps a lot tho. I recommend it.

stealth aiming down the sights on all the shotguns for some of the longer range shots tends to help me a bit. like for example at 6:24 had you aimed down the sights you would have gotten a longshot on that guy for sure.

The spas is really good, and the striker is too. The model has good range but it lever action, and the ksg has NO range but a ton of damage. My favorite is the spas cause it takes more skill than the striker. Comparing to snipers, the striker would be the barrett and the spas would be the L118A.
