I doubt that any TV that size is anywhere near 60-70 pounds. Maybe 40-50 lbs at most. Unless the TV is a big screen it's not going to weigh nearly that much. Also, whatever else he is Tommy Wiseau is a cut mofo (granted, he's weirdly cut) and I would guess he's surprisingly strong in real life. Actors, even bad ones, are often pretty athletic. I was an extra in a local commercial last year and I was surprised how built most of the professional actors were. Thin, but really strong.
