Just checkout everything from SVN and in the bluepad_mobile/bin folder you'll find a jar file that you can send to your phone either by bluetooth or USB.
go to BluePad . Sourceforge dot net and you'll find the program in the download area. We ain't got a RPM yet but it's easy just to run the python code in there. You won't have much trouble.
