There's several places in this part of Florida where they've torn down old buildings that sat empty for years, and are replacing them with brand new cookie cutter strip malls, all with the same neutral paint colors! Once they're done building them, they sit 90% empty and no other businesses move in. I've noticed most of them are being built for some company with the word "European" in their name.

Simply unbelievable, total economic devastation. It's depressing what has happened to Florida. It would have been nice to retire there. I'll have to rethink that now. Thanks for the eye opening tour EconCat88 !
