  • Is this not great, amazing real rock? Then I don't know what is. The feeling, the lyrics, the heartfelt vocals...wow. Fantastic footage of LIVE performances. This song was banned at the time for it's lyrics.......thanks so much for posting.....this is everything rock should be....rough and direct.....I love it...

  • Wielki przełom w muzyce beatowej!!!!!

  • i love this song:)

  • The singer is the Bruce Dickinson of the 60's.

  • brilliant

  • Hopkins FBI..brought me here.

  • This is a great old song! Still moves me today all these years later ♥ It makes me think of how things used to be!!

  • Great Garage Band!! Almost as good as The Music Machine!! 60's Rule!

  • Does anyone what kind of amplifiers they're using?

  • Third wall broken.

  • I'm loving those suits.

  • I love the Buzzcocks version of this song...

  • I'm no friend of remastered Cds. But this would be nice if remastered. Though I even like it that way :)

    The showmaster speaks german :D

  • @Z0tteltier No thanks to any remastering and destroying of original 60's classics...

  • @KoivuTheHab

If you like this monotone and superficial sound...^^

  • @Z0tteltier I sure do... Original trashy sound. Why do you want to remaster it and make it sound like a shit new record?

  • @KoivuTheHab

Because it sounds better?! Because in audio-technic back then has no depth. Why not making a step forward? Its the same song. I'm against remastered Cds made cause of the money. But remastering a take from the 60's will just use new technology and give us a new experience of the song :)

  • @KoivuTheHab Yes, because the digitalized version on youtube is equivalent to the original sound achieved by 60s recording equipment. Come join us in the 21st century and remaster this shit.

  • @desyncer Bullshit, fuck the 21st century.

  • @KoivuTheHab at least in the 21st century people tune their guitars before they play tv show :) But its great anyway, and dont need any remaster

  • @drhans1 In the 21st century they just use playback, no need for tuning except for recording sessions. Not sure it makes an difference anyway as 95% of today's music doesn't even use instruments anymore...

  • @KoivuTheHab This is played live, its a little different version than studio one. And You can hear how horrible out of tune is the guitar. Here and on "With a girl like you"

  • @drhans1 I know all this... I was comparing it to 21st centruy music, wake up and read what I said once more. This still sounds better than anything made the past 15 years.

  • @KoivuTheHab Dont be ignorant. There is a lot more better sounding things in last 15 years. For example first from a row The Quakes-Negative Charge album, and lot more stuff :) You just need search for it yourself, radio and music television wont do it for You :)

  • @drhans1 No sorry there isn't, everything today is mixed to bits in the studio. It is no longer the real sound it's just horseshit. The only possible exception to this rule is Os Haxixins who record using an analog system and use 60's equipment and instruments. It's a sad fact that today's ''music'' isn't actually music at all, just a bunch of shit made using computers and other modern technology. Zero skill and zero effort needed.

  • @KoivuTheHab Yeah, whatever. I see nothing can change Your opinion so discussion is pointless, and you are ignoring lot of great bands/musicians only because they were born later. And if you think that only OS Haxixinsuse analog stuff to record... than we must live in different dimensions :) I know what im saying cause im a musician myself and i play even more old school genre of music than Troggs, cause its '50 rockabilly and swing :]

  • @drhans1 Yes so you claim. Well how about you tell me what bands record analog and exclusevly use 60's instruments to make their music. I'm very interested in seeing you trying to prove me wrong. The ball is in your hands, this should be quite funny... By the way, the term ''old school'' is frowned upon by all musicians around the world. Only children use this term.

  • @KoivuTheHab answer went as a private message :)

  • @drhans1 Foo Fighters are a fagband that do NOT use 60's instruments. Don't get confused, music is music, good riddance.

  • @KoivuTheHab And how about Primus or Brant Bjork, do they're fags either? :D

  • @drhans1 Oh yes, supreme queers no doubt. I checked out the link, an extraordinarily weak attempt at avant garde. If you want real music try the The Residents. I have nothing furhter to say to you...

  • @KoivuTheHab You've got lame behavior dude, insulting everything that not fit your view of life. Thats not the way people should talk about music. No further to say either

  • My favourite!! Reg and the gang ...way before their time!! Thanks for upload. Deb

  • 1966 release. I love this live performance better than the 45. Is this clip from 1967?

  • eso me suena conocido, en que pelicula?

    mmmm

  • Great video, great song, great group! Thanks for the video.

Too bad I was only 9 months old when this concert was held. Strange how I am hearing this song and seeing this video for the first time at age 44. Oh well, better late than never!

    Thanks again.

  • the singer's so sexy. :)

  • Fantastic

  • Great song. Loved it when it first came out, still love it now. Have to say I laughed when Reg Presley said on camera some years ago that Australia banned this song because they thought the scream at the end was supposed to simulate an orgasm! Very odd.

  • undeed they do!!

  • just an AMAZING group, so wish i was a teen back then. but sad i was only 5. lol. thanks for posting.

  • @jjkoekemoer I was only four when this came out in 1966.

  • grande peñe

  • This is still rocking today. I remember the first time I heard this, swept me completely of my feet. Feel so lucky to have seen them perform this life, many years ago.....

  • @DirkjeA First time I heard it I was 15 years old and I ran to the Dime Store to buy the 45 for 39 cents! LOL Funny how music can stir up long lost emotions isn't it? ♥ Donna ♥

  • @msstevie1951 Yes, I sometimes pass by at old vids and it feels like meeting long lost friends. I also remember than why I liked them so much.

  • @DirkjeA You are so right! Like an old lost friend! I like that ♥ I think you & I have a friend in common, rocker53zero of Belfast? LOL ♥♥ He has educated me on music.I had never heard of Rory until I met Terry! Can you imagine that? So nice to meet you on here DirkjeA :-) ♥ Donna ♥

  • Singers then had much more nerves than today.

    Bless the 60's.

  • @sinning1966 True, they usually had to sing back then. :D

  • Perfect!

  • Simply brilliant.

  • such an overlooked band - raw production + great hooks, attitude and accents

  • Marvellous tune.

You can hear where Wreckless Eric got his inspiration from...

  • most covered by almost every punk bands in the 70s & 80s!

  • great, thank you!

  • Excellent. Great to see this again.
