Hello Bhadra, you are right. O V Usha's song is "aaraadhyam parayum". This particular song was written by K Jayakumar only. I've seen one of his interviews and he specifically told about this song...regarding the satisfaction he got after writing this song.

Lyrics is by K.Jayakumar.
O,V Usha got the state award for the song Araadhyam parayum.Except this song all mazha songs were from O.V Usha.
But I rate this as the best song.

Yes. She won Kerala state film award (best lyricist) for this song. Year is 2000 or 2001, which I am not sure.
