  • I just ordered some, great video. Maybe this will help to dispel some of the rumors that have been going around regarding the safety concerns. Still would not fire at a glass surface though.

  • Great video!

  • @RicardoClaro I know. Heard some guys lost a couple of car windows.

  • how are they biodegradable if they are super strong?

  • @evildevo714 they disintegrate in sunlight and heat making them turn into a gel that inert to living things... this is even better than most bio bb's, but bad for the field because it will defeat ANSI 87.1Z+ protection which is standard in almost all eye protection.

  • Nice tests. However it breaks the glass because of it's hardness and the lack of deformation of the bb's, which I assume are also glass(although perhaps slightly altered), and not because of the density, which would be the same as an equal sized .27 bb.

  • Glass would shatter if it gets hit with the hammer...

  • I was deffinately concerned with safety only in regaurds to optics and eye wear. Good to see on old motox goggles they don't crack or penetrate, however motocross goggles are designed to take rocks and thats why they are a more pliable material than ANSI goggles. When a hard bb hits a soft material nothing will happen, when both are very hard then something is going to crack.

  • @EricMorseRacing Lucky that ZERO airsoft rated goggles are very hard. I own fiberglass "movie-style" airsoft masks and they chip at under 300 fps in CQB games.

  • these are silica bbs. in other words, they are similar in composition to glass.

  • @appa609 These are NOT silica bbs. Their composition is mostly starch (50%+)

  • does the Bioval bb's hurt more?

  • @bazzkoff Doubt that. I think these bb's are pretty much like aluminum bb's. They shatter glass and breaks plastic equipment, but wont do much on soft targets like cloth and skin.

  • the bioval BBs are not biodegradable, they are however bio inert.

  • damn i have that same shitty-ass gun case.

  • wait are those the bio ones?

  • @Shockster35 100% biodegradable .

  • bioval wat is the gram?

  • @TheFinalFrame NEVER MIND

  • @TheFinalFrame they are .27g

  • Could you test some ANZI rated saftey glasses as well? Appreciate it if you can! Thanks for the vid!

  • @thenodnarb The goggles he tested are most likely ANSI rated because they're regulation for the sport.

  • @thenodnarb Let's assume that what he tested them on weren't ANSI, that pretty much means they were worse, and if they didn't go through that, they won't go through ANSI.

  • great vid glad to see youre back at it :D rock on man, im just gettin back into airsoft and dont usually go all out on BBs but HOLY SHIT!

  • OH NOEZ!!! PAINT JAR!!!!

  • i like it...... were did you get them i want to use it with my kjw m700 and my m82a1 =)
