good review. the rvr really gets boring than u got up to lvl 40 u do same stuff the whole time. nothing new comes into the game during the time u lvl or rank up as it called in war. its still a good game but not great..

I disagree. The reason people keep playing is because of the way it appeals to the average player. Your "epic" players will naturally try out every single mmorpg but you get much more of a variety (thus more entertaining) from wow. And I also agree with Matatat24 that when I tried Warhammer for a few month, the spells/attacks got boring very quickly. So in the end I still play wow because it's more polished and my rl friends are on it.

PvP is all WAR is, WoW is both PvP and PvE that you can get gear from. WoW takes more time and dedication. WAR seems like all you have to do is kill another person over and over to lvl... I've been researching MMORPGs in the past while down to every last detail I can in an effort to choose the one I think I ould enjoy the most (If at all). I'm an FPS guy myself... never played an MMO before. With that said this has been by far the best comparison video I have seen. I don't recommend ot anyone else to use youtube as a source.. go to the websites of the games and look at EVERYTHING and then google 3rd party review too. Great vid though, well spoken and presented.

the reason i think they made the UI like WoW's is cuz many people wer comfortable with it and like DamageZombie said u can customize font,wer it is,etc. WAR is based on PvP and some people say Mythic was created b4 blizzard others dnt (i do).Mythic has been out for quite a while making the popular series Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War.
The reason that I like WoW is that the game is very seamless and polished. What I mean by that is that they have had time to fix most of the little things like their animations - one example in specific is when your player reaches to get your sword he can actually put his hand on the sword and pull it out. As opposed to war, where my character reached to a point above my sword and then it appeared in his hand. Also things like collision detection.
I played Wow for about 3 years and it was awesome but what really pisses me off is when ppl post on youtube texts like"another wow wanna be, this game sucks" I like both War an WOW but when ppl say War its a copying WOW it really pisses me off.

Orc is a latin meaning deamon or hell being.. and Tolkens take on them is far different from the ones seen in the warhammer and warcraft worlds.. creatures like orcs goblins and Ogres have roots leading to some mythology long before LOTRs was written.. there is no copy right law on orcs..

2 When you reach the level cap you realize that you need to spend uncountable hours to get better gear and weapons which are rear to find else you will never win in a player versus player battle.

ok so there is two things that sound epic in war 1) the items for a quest where you get a bear heart when you kill a bear & 2) the sieges on a keep that sounds amazing :D
Played WoW, got bored, quit, went to Warhammer. Awesome game but you need an AMAZING rig (computer), if you don't wanna get ass rammed by lag. War is amazing but i QUIT WAR because of the lag and how the game had a small world and it was just unpolished. Ill be going back to WAR when it is actually getting older and more polished

I really hate fucking WOW elitist 12-yr olds using asswipe phrases like "less qq more pew pew", nOOb, claiming to have "skill" because they grind dungeons all fucking week. BC was finally balanced when ASSHOLES griefing level 30s could be OWNED by normal pvp-geared toons. Now WolK is totally unbalanced. Blizz has a druid fetish, and the whole world PVP thing is stupid. Christ there's a lot of dickheads in the world.

Dude, WAR Is probably better to you because you suck at WoW, Sure WAR might be good(Ive never played it) but you cant say WAR is better than WoW and WoW is better than WAR... its opinion. PvP is all WAR is, WoW is both PvP and PvE that you can get gear from. WoW takes more time and dedication. WAR seems like all you have to do is kill another person over and over to lvl... WoW is a game where you can run with 25 of your best freinds and run a fun raid... I personally think WoW would win

it doesnt take time to lvl i wow its just a matter of grind. And seriously I hate ppl that think other ppl play other mmos because they suck at wow....have you ever thought that maybe they dont like wow because the pvp sucks donkey ass and the graphics are outdated? And you can have 25 friends and take a keep(fortress) too, so dont talk about WAR if you dont know shit about it. Plus it like a great war going on in the game and eventually you raid the whole city in the end so theres a purpose.

I've been researching MMORPGs in the past while down to every last detail I can in an effort to choose the one I think I ould enjoy the most (If at all). I'm an FPS guy myself... never played an MMO before. With that said this has been by far the best comparison video I have seen. I don't recommend ot anyone else to use youtube as a source.. go to the websites of the games and look at EVERYTHING and then google 3rd party review too. Great vid though, well spoken and presented.

If PvP is much better then WoW in WAR , then maybe WAR catches up with PvE , then overall WAR will win , but the sad thing is that WoW players are so in to the game that they miss WAR , cuz WAR is much better in my thought's , cuz its so balanced in many ways , if WoW had that many classes , it would take ages for them to balance it up , so WAR wins for me , even if im a WoW player

Bullshit. I got bored of wow, and decided to come back to WH, which I left because of the bugs and hollow content, months ago. It's the goddamn same. They added a few classes, which were supposed to be in game at launch, and the same bugs they were struggling with at launce, which was about 1 year ago? Warcraft was actually created to be a part of the Warhammer universe...But GW said no...so the creators went to Blizzard....long story short....we have WoW now

the reason i think they made the UI like WoW's is cuz many people wer comfortable with it and like DamageZombie said u can customize font,wer it is,etc. WAR is based on PvP and some people say Mythic was created b4 blizzard others dnt (i do).Mythic has been out for quite a while making the popular series Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War.

Blizzard is extremely slick.
The reason that I like WoW is that the game is very seamless and polished. What I mean by that is that they have had time to fix most of the little things like their animations - one example in specific is when your player reaches to get your sword he can actually put his hand on the sword and pull it out. As opposed to war, where my character reached to a point above my sword and then it appeared in his hand. Also things like collision detection.

im sick of the "everyone copys LOTR" crap.. Tolken did not invent orcs.. Tolken himself said he got the idea from the old Beowolf poem from the 8th century.. Orc is a latin meaning deamon or hell being.. and Tolkens take on them is far different from the ones seen in the warhammer and warcraft worlds.. creatures like orcs goblins and Ogres have roots leading to some mythology long before LOTRs was written.. there is no copy right law on orcs..

Blizzard offered to buy warhammer many years ago on the story line and the original game.
Warhammer said no to the deal and wow designed its own story etc...

1 Uncountable hours spent to reach the level cap and to be rich
2 When you reach the level cap you realize that you need to spend uncountable hours to get better gear and weapons which are rear to find else you will never win in a player versus player battle.
3 When you are finally satisfied of your gear - A new expansion pack is released and the level cap is raised and the uncountable hours spent to achieve a better gear will be useless
4 The routine restarts from point 1. once again

Sounds to me like you want a game where you'll reach the level cap in a couple of days, and then free top-tier gear gets handed to you on a plate.
If you don't like putting the work in to actually earn the things you want, then you're going to really suck at a game like WoW.

No you misunderstood me. My point was that in WAR you can practically do everything from lower level tiers,
example
- RVR can be done even when you are Rank 1.
- Keep siege can be done at a low rank like Rank 11.
- And even scenarios can be done at low Rank.
That is why I find it more Fun than WoW. (But its just my opinion )

Translation: I quit WoW once the new expansion can out because I couldn't faceroll for my new PvP gear and would actually require some skill, which I realised I didn't have.
Went to WAR where I could faceroll again, with the added benefit of the game carrying my ass during noob levels.

Played WoW, got bored, quit, went to Warhammer. Awesome game but you need an AMAZING rig (computer), if you don't wanna get ass rammed by lag. War is amazing but i QUIT WAR because of the lag and how the game had a small world and it was just unpolished. Ill be going back to WAR when it is actually getting older and more polished

People Just Start WarHammer is the best solution.....how many years are we gonna play WoW??? Ive been playing three years as well and from now on i feel it doesnt worth trying loosing more time to that just to get an atribute +1 that woulod take me a whole week to do....it does not have the same exitment as it used to.....I am playing Warhammer this period and the game is really awsome....i have a chaos/chosen player lvl 27 and a greenskin/goblin/squig herder lvl 13....
