@zoyclem Amen! Today's Tinkerbell is a politically correct 12-year-old with wings. She doesn't resonate with anyone much over that age. The Tinkerbell of the 1953 film, however, was more an impulsive, temperamental 20-something fairy with a prissy attitude. Every guy has known someone like her, and most of them could only adore that girl from a distance. The classic Tink is the personification of that irascible and lovable girl, and as you said, far superior. :)
