I love it when newsmen get flustered on air because my dad used to tell me to shut up when the news was on - like they were these infallible demi-gods.
Sounds like the computer that plays in the pre-loaded news clips wasn't cueing them up correctly, which then affected the script computer possibly. He was struggling with trying to reload and re-cue the clips and then bring up the next story. Sara really doesn't help by interrupting...Funny stuff...poor John!
What was the actual problem? Why did he keep stopping? It sounds like a clip doesn't work or the wrong clip is queued up. Why doesn't he just skip over it and do a bulletin without any clips? Most people probably wouldn't notice. Was there something else going on that isn't obvious from this clip?
