Mourhino, fergie and wenger, all they do is sign top rate proved players, Cloughie, Shankly, Paisley, Revie and those guys, bought Potential, and turned them into great players, would fergie have recognized a Rush at Chester, or a Keegan at Scunthorpe, no way.
