I don't know what this one is originally called. But then again, most of Earthbound's music doesn't have official names. I believe it's the "naming theme" that plays when you name your characters at the beginning of the game.

it's all the same song. I known as "fun with naming" I think, though there's no official title. The original has this really cool effect of an audience mumbling in the background.
