  • 2:20 Lmfao power, the bag isnt even moving away from him, hes just tapin the fucking bag

  • what kind of training to you do to develop your head movement? besides shadow boxing?

  • @bigserg96 Other than shadowboxing the next best way is to work it in sparring. You will get hit in the beginning but it's worth the long term result. the other thing you can do is work with a partner and have him throw slow controlled punches at you to slip. Next, your coach should be working it in his padwork with you.

  • What a BEAST! You helped me out alot man, thanks!

  • too bad your punches have no power

  • @Matak12 lol. he will hit you like 50 times and you wont even see it comming. for those punches he had lot of power.

  • @MrMajorronin no they didnt have alot of power at all and no he wont hit me 50 times, i wouldnt give him a chance too.

  • @Matak12 are you 12? because you talk like a kid. bye bye all the best.

  • @MrMajorronin lmfao is that all you can say faggot? you dont know me you dont know shit, you probaly don't even now how to fucking fight at all. His punches had no fucking power in them at all. You want to see power? Go see Mark Hunt train or David Tua, oh wait you dont know them like i do, you lil bitch

  • @Matak12 go troll somewhere

  • dude u are so good, man i wish i could train with u i can tell i would get naassssty

  • like ur videos, keep the up....

  • bad

  • mate your videos are epic. cheers

  • good video

  • If you train for MMA, this kind of boxing will do. But if you want to look like a boxer, you need a boxing coach. Faults like dropping both hands while punching, lifting the front foot too high, staying too close to the heavy bag, pointing your chin to the target are inexcusable. Also straight punches, the backbone of boxing, are missing from your video. You even tend to loop your jabs for some mysterious reason. Go back to the basics and use a boxing coach.

  • i wanna listen it in dream too........

  • This guy trains UFC, cool....

  • really weak punch dude what i think u need is a bit of power hahahaha

  • @goonta2 lol you have no clue. These are already good punches, but he can probably hit a lot harder than this. He's showing us how to train correctly, not to whail on the bag like an idiot like you probably do.

  • the song name pls? :)

  • @jermainebg read above.

  • @tripleVVV3 How long you been boxing bro ??? PLEASE SHOW US A VID OF YOU SPARRING OR IN THE RING FIGHTING

Really appreciate your video's I'm waiting for a surgery on my left Labrum so your video's are my way of training while I'm out lol thanks alot again

  • Very good skills. Congrats.

  • damn man.. you're awesome.. wish I was as fast :P

  • nice man!!

  • If you're a technical fighter, would it be a good idea to let your hands go or just keep up with just combinations and defenses? I'm scared of letting my hands go cause of the smart counters and unseen openings

  • ill put you to sleeep bro

  • @imogenemily I appreciate your sense of humour :)

  • @tripleVVV3 Sorry about my English. For a head movement i used like a big speed bag suspended from the ceiling on a chain and it swings back and forth and you move your head to avoid getting hit. I know you know what i am talking about i dont know whats it called in English. Sparing is good, but somedays no one to spar. Love your half sitting rope jumps, thanks Boss.

  • @imogenemily not!!!! lol

  • This dude is fast. Has good foot work

  • @MrWeenisss Yayo

  • Woot serious nice :P

  • super, champion!

  • @NegaT4 Thx!

  • come on brother, i need to see you holding the mitts and working with another boxer. Im making my request. mad props.

  • @dKd4L check out my Precision Striking video, I do a bit of pads in that vid.

  • @tripleVVV3 I have seen the video and what i see of the pad work is solid. i just bought a pair of mitts for myself and a friend to use for workouts outside the gym, i would like to have a tutorial video explaining some technique. You put things together nicely and i have been a fan for a while, i think the punch mitts vid would naturally be the next tutorial you have up. Just a thought, ill keep watchin regardless but i would get a lot from it.

  • Put &vintage=1911 after the url. Shit's funny

  • wow hes is good ,

  • I wouldn't want to tango with this fella.

  • not bad moves, good speed, the handsome young man

  • Vids

  • Great tips. Come out wit more bids

  • There is no substitute for the gymn of course but not everyone has the time to train at the gymn everyday so tutorials like this are really good for practicing at home. Thanks a lot mate, technically you're really good. You should do a vid of you throwing punches with max power, that would be cool.

  • ive watched a lot of youre vids and have learnt a lot from them, thanks a lot keep up the good work.

  • well done man you got a fantastic speed thanx for the advise good vid how long are you training for now??

  • thanx for vid am yousing these teqnecs now.

  • embarrising

  • great video buddy!

  • i cant do that in my home i can do only on gym

  • nice man

  • you got some speed there lad nice!

  • good food for thought and a good demonstration!

  • i like how this guy thinks, good lesson man

  • Do you have any advice for increasing hand speed???

  • @millz631 use weighted gloves and use an assortment of heavy 16 or up for sparring gloves. i recommend 10 oz. if and only if the glove you're using is known for good padding in some way like winning 10 oz. pro fight gloves for example but they're expensive. a lower cost would be 10 oz. safetec cleto reyes(don't buy the official horsehair ones unless your pro, their nice, but pretty useless in training.) those smaller gloves are good for bag. it helps form and speed. again use hand weights too.

  • @millz631 technique, technique, technique. Speed and power should come naturally.

  • NIce Man good to see some one who kepps there hands up.

  • what song is this?

  • good hand sepeed bro and good angles on the inside whts yur record?

  • great videos . i just watched a few of yours . lovely speed and technique. maybe you should do a video just throwing haymakers to keep the keyboard contenders happy .

  • this is comment is not going against the video: quick punching wont do shit if you dont know how to throw them, your fist has to act like a bullet has to go fast and deliver power, meaning throw you punches relaxed (so it will pick up momentum) and deliver at the last second ( throw the punch through the person or bag ) also punch using your legs not arms so you can get as much energy in your punch (leg muscle's are bigger then arm muscle's)

  • @losha777 yes and punch with your waist too not just your legs. arm punching will gas you.

  • work on your hook lol

  • During an actually fight, I was able to slip a punch on a dude that tried to deck me, but during sparring, I tend to flinch more. What can I do to fix this?

  • good videos man, ive never been in a gym but ive tried to teach myself at home...i love it, hopefully getting into an gym soon in north dallas

  • the combo at 1:13 is sick.

  • lookin good man.. helpful tips!

  • Yo man your stuff is awesome. Keep em coming!!

  • mate you have got some great hand speed and combinations. Got to be a jones jr fan with the double left hooks lol. Nice work man look forward to seeing some more videos

  • thanks, I'm a Jones fan no doubt.

  • and you control all of them :P

    truly a pro

    all my respect !!

  • thx

  • So fucking fast! I wanna be like you! How did you get your hand speed so fast specifically?

  • I probably said this before (not sure), but when I'm sparring, and I see my opponent throw a left/or right hand (from orthodox stance) I will either duck or slip. Usually, however, I'll duck right into a straight or I'll slip right into a hook. I only have a milisecond to react, and I can block fairly well, but he's wide open if I make him miss instead of making his punch land on my glove, and I can throw more-likely-to-land counters.

  • i have no trouble doing that against sluggers but when someone is pouring his pressure onto me, i seem to not be able to go to the side. i can pivot out of the way but i can't keep doing that over and over. just this afternoon i got clocked in the head 3 times with hooks by a friend. what should i do?

  • you need to be able to control distance and keep a tight defense. This means not letting your opponent think they can get too close without taking some punches, and when they get close you need to be able to cover and counter. This is much easier said than done. Try to watch some videos of Roy Jones or Mayweather fighting. you'll see what i mean.

  • yeah he is very much like ricky hatton and im much more of a watered watered watered ...... watered down version of may weather. so i tried to use that as reference. but it was dark and i couldn't see his hands that good so i got clocked. but i just want to make sure so it doesnt happen again.

  • Nice Bro Thanks for the tips

  • Good form!

  • Mad skills bro! Respect.

  • thx my man.

  • name of song plz...i wanna listen to it while i train

  • ahhhh...sounds like their saying "yayo". i like how u think lol

  • yeah, you got it bro!...lol

  • @jones0787 flo rida - yayo

  • damn loco u got a set.

  • What could I do to increase the speed and strength of punches ??

  • 1) Throw thousands of punches - 20 to 30 total rounds of work per workout.

    2) Strengthen your legs - burpees, squats

    3) Train lower in your stance and keep the weight on your back foot or at least perfectly centred. (look how low Pernell Whitaker gets)

    4) Practice your balance and work on flexibility.

  • Does weight training help? Like using a 8 pound dumbbell while shadow boxing improve speed and using a harder punching bag improve power?

  • @3ch056 Be careful with this one. Yes, weight training does help your overall explosiveness and ability to move your body with power. However, for punching I wouldn't use more than 1lb weights for shadowboxing. You want to become more efficient while punching, using heavier than one pound weights will recruit extra muscle fibres than necessary to throw the punch. My recommendation is to use light weights, throw your punches as FAST as you can, and throw more punches in total per workout.

  • @tripleVVV3 Thank you very much!! :)) I'll go work on it right away.

  • @tripleVVV3 Oh! Lastly, how do you make your bobbing/slipping movement faster? Thanks so much :)

  • of course practice, but one way that helps is to make sure your stance is a bit lower (2-3 inches) and when you slip let your hips swing out the opposite way. In other words, keep your hips loose and swing them like a pendulum a bit when you slip. Don't be straight up and stiff.

  • @tripleVVV3 Aiight, thanks man, what you gave is gold. :)) I can finally defend myself.

  • i would just wear your gloves.... believe it or not wearin your gloves will boost speed and cardio/endurance. holding weights will increase your chance of injury during workout.

  • you run lot

  • haha... to be honest, I run a lot in training to increase the intensity and work on footwork. In sparring and fights i'm mostly chasing guys.

  • How do you improve cardio?

  • 1) Base running - up to an hour or more (build up slowly

    2) Interval running (400 - 800 m at 90%) 6 - 12 sets of 400

    3) box, box, box, and punch all day long. try to get in 20 - 30 rounds of activity per workout. Shadowbox, heavybag, speed bag, double end bag, punch out rounds. (sparring days are less rounds, focus on your overall skills)

  • Thanks so much

  • Run, really fucking fast for a long time...

  • the only thing corny about this video is that ufc bag!

  • agreed!

  • left hook at 2:50 is sick

  • how about some doublended bag videos

  • Going to start going training for boxing this tuesday. Is 15 too old to start ?

  • No, it's definitely not. Mike Tyson started at 13, Kermit Cintron started at 19, and there are a lot of good pros who started in their teens. Don't think about it, just go do it!!

  • Watch out for me in the future then ;) I may make some videos when i get better. My speed and strength isn't bad, but i need to work on my technique, specially dodging fast punches.

  • not at all. I started a year ago when I was 16 and am on the way to big things. I should be fighting for England by next year. Never give up and its never too late for anything :)

  • I have to say that I learn something new everytime I watch the videos!! Something about foot placement, hand positions, slipping.... Something stands out everytime I watch these things! I wanna go to the gym and work the bag everytime! Inspirational man. Keep posting....

  • this guys videos get better....

  • crazy ass hand speed..been boxing for seven months..got the power behind the hits..need to adjust on the speed though..but great post tho..

  • It's so nice to watch a boxing video where that isn't comments by 6 year olds about British or American fighters. You are some fucking fast puncher..keep up the good work :)

  • thx bro.

  • wow your like the white verison of muhammad ali ;O

  • Comment removed

  • I like the video keep'em coming i'm learning i'm glad you put talking into it on the black backroung. duh! late head moving. oh yeah what the gap with striking zone end of fist i don' understand.

  • You'll understand the end of fist thing instinctively if you spar. If you hold your fist out, the distance between your fist and your opponent is the distance you have to cover to hit him. If you are slow with your feet, then you will have to get closer to hit, and that makes you more vulnverable to get hit.

  • when i sparred, i realise that my right hand is longer than the jab so if my jab is short, throwing right hand right after that( basic one to combo) kinda worked for me. is it good to do this? when my jab is short to reach my opponent?

  • your straight is suposed to be longer than your jab your jab is supposed to weaken ur opponent or used to stop their hooks/straghts by occupying their right arm. jabs to the face are better but not necessarily needed. they are also ways to gauge distance between fighters.

  • depends on how good of a counter puncher your opponent is. usually if you miss with the jab a good boxer will see the right hand coming and counter nicely. But against a lot of guys you can throw a fast jab and come strong with the straight right. You just have to know your opponent. I wouldn't try it in the first 30 seconds of a fight.

  • You're one quick bastard ;)

  • I fucking LOVE your videos man. They are so inspirational and I feel like you've taught me as much as some of my boxing instructors. Keep it up!

  • Thanks man! I was checkin some of ur vids too, I love Oban!

  • yo wuts da name of dis songk its raw as hell. oh and thanks ur a good boxer and dis info wuz helpfkul.

  • just listen the what they keep saying in the background, you'll figure it out.

  • Nice work man, speed kills :-)

  • good work again 3V , how about something on body shots ? and how to integrate all those great moves into MT or MMA ?

  • Check out Albert Krause, He uses his hands really well

  • Taank

  • Big fan of your videos man keep it up. Some really good advice in this and i will try and incorporate them in my workouts

  • once again very good, i am finding much of this out through trail and error in sparring i lked the tips for a shorter fighter on the inside.

  • That type of learning is truly the best kind

  • the frustrsating thing is that i have to make the mistakes for myself often. i find that through trial by fire i end up doing the things that my coaches were telling me to do in the first place, pain cann be a good teacher ;)

  • Hey mate LOVE the videos...mind telling me how many fights you have had wins and losses??

you seem like a good pro

  • Nice vid dude, would u mind tellin me how you train your perceptual speed?

  • sparring, visulization, creating scenarios in your mind and working the bag based on what you visualize.

create mental movies of things that happen in sparring and fights, and have answers for them.

  • Hm, yeah its easier to slip and roll punches when predicting them rather then waiting for the movement in their shoulder

  • Fantastic job once again, man!

  • phenomenal work as usual, thanks! (from the rest of us mere mortals...)

  • A good MIX and thanx for Sharing!
