We know many methods used for moving those blocks with technology, and we have proven that many were used in order to build the pyramids. If you have deep pockets, you can do a lot with pulleys and ramps.

@siryou41 That's why Egyptian diplomatic delegations have been visiting Nile basin countries recently afther the revolution. But this is more an issue for (hydro-)engineers to tackle rather than politicians. If the various stakeholder countries simply coordinate with each other, they should be able to reach some kind of a sustainable agreement for sharing the Nile river. They will have to take each other’s goals and interests in to account though.
