Hi Everybody. I wrote an Ebook, "The Secrets of The Illuminati". For the link, just go onto my channel. Thanks for all of your support and Thanks for helping to spread the word. The Truth will be heard!!!
Wow im now in your brain with you looking at you making this video and im a small man with in your brain puzz lol great video you have much talent and the prefect smile. Jesus loves you and so do I...
I really Enjoyed your videos and truths, i am on a quest to harmonize my life as there has been much conflict within myself. I will be applying some new concepts that have come across my path, it was nice to see you with a similar awareness. There is a Self Realization Center down from my home. It was founded by Parmehansa Yogananda in 1950, i go there allot to meditate. You inspired me in my path of video vulnerability. I also really enjoy your calm countenance. Thank You, Jason Hunt
Incredibly good timing for me viewing this video. I was just skimming through an psychology textbook in the section about physiological bases of perceptions, and I remembered (because I'd had them before) the same realizations that you had about being inside your head. I had an idea for an art project to just show someone's profile, and superimpose on that a ruler or tape measure goin from the front of their head to the back: amazement that it's all going on in between there and there. And yet..
Physical reality parallels non-physical reality. They are both reality. A part of us, is, in this moment evolving in non-physical reality. We are not static systems. We are constantly shaping the Light that flows through us by Choice and Intention. This is Universal light of the Universe. Emotions are energy that govern our personal quality of Light and to an extent those around us.
The last several seconds of this gave me an idea that may suit you Sara. I suggest a 3min vid where you only look at your perception of us. Look into the camera. See in your mind all of us looking back at you. No words. Not even movement unless you are instinctively inclined. Just look at us looking at you. See what that generates.
You are SUCH a sweeetie, SOOOO cute!!! I'd try to pinch your cheeks f I saw you, you cutiepie. I bet you still sleep with a teddy bear and chew bubblegum. :) Are you up for adoption?
I've sometimes thought that...we're really just one big consciousness, and the whole universe is just waiting for us to wake up...like when you lay on say your leg and it becomes asleep, then you wave it around so it wakes up...that's what we're like, like one of the cells in a numb leg
I'm only five foot ten but I can get some platform shoes, soon as they come back in style.
The coffee is there. Reality is there. What we have to question is our sensory perceptors' limited capacity for experiencing it. We know some animals sense things better than we do. Cats can see in the dark. Eagles can see prey a mile off. It's not reality that fails us, but our perception of reality.
It's consciousness. I think what your experiencing is self-detachment. You're made up of bones, flesh, & a brain, & yet, the self is separate. Sometimes I like to consciously think of words, while I'm actually communicating! I'm consciously aware of the linguistics & the words which I'm conveying. At the same time, I'm aware of the listener's reaction & viceversa, when I'm the listener. It puts one on a higher plane than the mundane talk in which we normally use.
i think its seems a bloated explaination of perception. granted we see the input we get from out of eyes, yet we can dream and see things which are not there.
the really trippy part that even the "brain" is just a projection we're seeing with the mind...so, just like your cup of coffee, your brain is inside your mind (which is not in the brain).
yes, brilliantly pointed out! there may be a tendency to think of the brain as a firm part of reality, but it is also yet another of our ideas, as is our egos
This concept was a stumbling block in the early days of psychology. People have tried to answer the question using religion, mysticism, and science. One thing to consider is that we are not all living inside your brain because not everything exists persistently and in full detail in your brain. Many experiences are temporary and highly summarized or idealized. I like to think of spacial perception as a sixth sense: see, hear, taste, touch, and smell in space-time.
I did watch the video. They are basically suggesting that we are living in the Matrix and Neo hasn't saved us yet. The video is a lesson in the Whorfian hypothesis that you discussed in the past week or so: "the stars are inside himself" (9:05); "you are not inside the room you assume yourself to be in. On the contrary, the room is inside you" (9:25). The wording equates the representation of the thing and thing itself and then leans on the suggestion that we are living in the Matrix...
i watched the video closely enough to extract the quote that made me think :) and the way i'm thinking about it, at least, is giving us the neo-esque power to recognize that as long as someone / something is aware of everything that is going on, it might as well be us ourselves...
The issue then comes down to the plausibility of the Matrix scenario: we are living in capsules and being manipulated by fake sensory input or some other scenario in which we do not perceive reality even remotely accurately. Can I 100% disprove this? No. Is it plausible considering all the implications? Agent Smith would try to trick you into thinking that it is not plausible.
I can buy that. I study cognitive bias (as opposed to perceptual bias), and I'm relatively sure that we are confused and misguided in many ways--I guess you could say that we are manipulated by our egos. I would not take is so far as to doubt that I am typing on a real, three-dimensional computer at this moment.
ill check this vid out when time allows, but yeah makes sense so far to my little man-perception that is!! cause perception is only perception right?-reality could be totally different.
Very nice material to consider; with so many dimensions of existance, its interesting that most of us stick to what is comfortable and familiar... Awareness is huge.
Is the brain really necessary? That's easily tested: remove your brain and get back to me with the results. Some important functions do not occur in the brain, but the brain brings it all together.

Too much "is" in your sentences. Think about it.

This stuff make me sign up in to YouTube :)
I have some much deeper sights on this kind of problem, but everything was begun very similar to this point of view.
Most people can laugh about this, or think it is kind of philosophycal speculations, but is just first step to Reality ;)
I expect she will smile at the end of clip, but she did not...
Whatever, after few steps she will surely not just smile - she will loudly laugh about this :)
Very good, positive stuff!

I've been thinking about this a lot. For you, right now, I'm just a dream, which interrupts your life with this small comment.
However, this is not so for me. In my case, I dream that you dream that you dreamt the whole world. And that is nice.

The universe is deterministic.
Organization of matter/energy alone give rise to consciousness.
...So, the "ego", "self", "mind", "body", in other words, are really just manifestations of the same underlyiing structure.
Similarly, the question of essence vs. existence is solved simply by realizing that they are the same thing.
I think the real question here is where/what/who/??? did all this energy come from?
headlisthorseman 4 years ago
It might be confusing to state it so simply, but there is no inside or outside.

the more attention you pay
the trippier it gets....
the funny thing is SOMEONE likes to say
that this is all done when you age past 22...
but it doesn't --- and that
is the BIG LIE.

my interpretation of the matrix scenario is not that we are being manipulated by some force larger than / other than our own individual egos
