  • well, people these days want no laws, no checks, no govt, no police, no punishment for crime, no listening to parents, no drunk driver college students off the road, and total anarchy. this is what the flex your rights movement wants in secret.

  • You would think you would want to be safe on the metro and not have someone bring a bomb or gun on?? Fcuking assholes

  • @NSTOHON Says it all when you're so fucking retarded you can't even spell right when you curse. Ignorant trash.

  • if we start getting to high and mighty, ciops just wont be around. there will be more jobless people and definetly more criminals, and more criminals means more stuff getting stolen. not to mention prisons will be empty and security guards will have nothing to guard.

no one will dare even leave their homes for fear of being sued.

    fucking shit world people.

    FLEX YOUR SWORD!

  • FAKE Is not a cop, is Will Smith probably making Bad Boys 3

  • @tutoriales3minutos

LOL.. It does look similar to Will Smith. I thought that, too, when I saw the guy. Only difference is, that cop probably makes 40k a year, Will, 20M a year.

  • holy shit its will smith. xD

  • .31 seconds in. Is that will smith?

  • "RANDOM" yeah RIGHT, they are STILL VIOLATING YOUR RIGHTS. Like random makes it constitutional. HOW LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think many know.. and are aware. They just want their job.. I can only hope when the time comes and the main orders and tyrany begins on its last steps.. that they will refuse.. and walk away.. Following Orders in the time of a so called emergency is a controled emergency by the elite.. and following those orders will deceive the police and the citizens. and we will end up in camps and dead like in the past.. History does not lie. We are all being tricked.. SO please POLICE Military. WAKE

  • Inch by Inch! Papers please.

  • How is this any different than airline security? Quit whining and be thankful that your not being put through a full body scanner every time you get on a train.

  • @PareoNullus533 are you insane I wouldn't want to be randomly searched.

  • @PareoNullus533: The difference between this and airline security is that the stakes are much higher for airlines, airlines are a heavily regulated industry, and courts have ruled that such airline security searches are "reasonable".

  • @DavidForthoffer Higher stakes? Can you imagine if a train derailed and caught fire in a tunnel? Thats unsurvivable.

  • @PareoNullus533: "Higher stakes" does not depend on worst case scenarios. It depends on WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS.

Violent crimes are often carried out on trains, at perhaps the same rate as carried out on the streets. How often do you read that everyone on a train was killed because of a violent crime carried out on a train?

  • @PareoNullus533 You're a loser. Let's be thankful we're just getting shot in the head and not tortured first or having a slow death. GET REAL WEAKLING. FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS.

  • Terrorists cannot take our freedoms but the government will if we don't make a stand.

  • i wish they can come around neighborhoods and teach us this cuz cops do whatever they i see cops outside the club messing with young gurls and some under age not all of them but some of them

  • civillians must sacrafice some privacy if they dont want to get there asses blown off. Take your pick. keep all of your pot at home and there will be no problems for you.

  • @sgreen198820

You're WRONG. Americans need not sacrifice ANY of our rights upon the altar of "government keeps us safe." If you're SO afraid of terrorism, hide under your bed. The rest of us will live with our Constitutional Rights intact. This is the USA, not North Korea. Learn the difference.

You're an undereducated right-wing nutjob who sits in front of Fox News every day, aren't you?

    Finally, study this word list:

    civilians

    sacrifice

    don't

    there vs their vs they're

    .

  • America is slowing becoming the USSR

  • FUCK YOU

  • How many BS wars do you have to witness before you realize that we are being played as suckers by the military industrial complex to make money off our dead corpses. 49% of NBC is owned by General Electric, the makers of the M1Abrams tank, Apache helicopter and other killing machines.

You really want to stop terrorism (a tactic)? Stop being the policemen of the world and the war mongering corporations will go the way of the Dodo bird.

  • Message to ALL of you.... The U.S. is NOT a country, it's a foreign owned corporation! See: The Act of 1871.....and then get a clue.

  • @bluesjammingman

    Nutjob alert!

We got a live on, folks.

  • Thumbs up if you noticed that snow flake on the video time marker

  • go back to where your parents came from and flex your rights there.

  • ...but if it was your family and your well being you'd be all for searches ...think of someone else for a change.

  • the consitution has probhibitions on ureasonable search and seizure. Public funded transportation entities have the right to enact policies to protect the safety of all of those who use the service. If you don't want to be subject to a search, don't use public transportation in D.C.

  • Cop #1 looks like WIll SMith

  • EVIL allways win when good people dont stand up agenst it.

We will have a new Nazy Germany if we dont stand up to the corupt gowerment!

ROn for president or fuck yourself in the ass! Because they will do it if you dont!

  • What ever happened to cops who wore regular uniforms and were polite and servants of the people ?

  • Will Smith @ 0:31 LUL

  • Those that give up liberty for security, will have neither liberty or security.

  • 0:33 Will Smith??! 0:33 Ohhhhh bummer

  • I see no problem with this new law. Just as with schools and airports, necessary measures are often enacted to ensure the health, security, and safety of the citizens. I must point out that these officers, as well as TSA security personnel are doing their job to keep everyone safe. Along with that, there is the possibility that in a public setting that is operated by the city, some rights may be infringed upon to protect the aforementioned concerns (safety, security, and health).

  • @201294stj The point of our personal rights are for them to never be infringed upon, ever. Not when some establishment stroking fairy douchebag like you thinks it is ok to violate them.

  • @fatguyonthc I will absolutely deny you categorization of myself as being a "establishment stroking fairy douchebag", but that's not the point. All I am saying is that at some times, to ensure the safety of citizens, if there is deemed to be a threat, necessary measures must be enacted. I have had my vehicle and belongings searched at airports and borders and, aside from the time delay, I couldn't care less. Please respect my opinions without resorting to insults. Thank you in advance.

  • @201294stj uh, there is no sub paragraph a b c d, in the constitution that explains an acceptable infringment therefore there is none, read enough case law and you will discover the truth that's the real history of this country anyway. also especially on the 2nd where it says SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED that means NEVER, NONE, NADDA is acceptable.

  • @omniwind The fourth amendment to the constitution actually can be seen as allowing such searches. It says, " unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated". While there is more to this amendment, the point that I would like to highlight is unreasonable. This allows for what is often known as in plain sight. For instance: If an officer of the law sees a suspected underage drinker during a traffic stop, they may seize the item in question, even if that person isn't the driver.

  • yes

  • As he said, "I have bosses to answer to." Put on the badge, go from citizen to puppet of the puppet master..... I wonder if he knows who his bosses answer to. I'm against slavery of any kind. These searches are within a process to completely enslave humanity. This is serious. I'm not prejudice, but have to point out, especially to negro officers. The families of those controlling these measures, are the same as who were behind the slave trade. Now they seek to, through fear, enslave all.

  • Why not come to London and talk to some of the relatives of the people who died in the 2007 London Underground bombings.

    Not interested? Thought not.

  • if someone says they dont wanna be interviewed get the camera outta their face man.

  • @oiNsTiiNcTz He did.

  • Flex does a great job. I would LOVE to help. If you guys ever need anything, just ask. I have all the time in the world to seek out laws or whatever you may need. Keep the cuffs on the Police, and off the free Americans.. Thanks guys..

  • When the TSA started getting out of control the neo-cons and fascists said "if you don't like it then don't fly." Well now you guys have this to contend with, plus I've read about random highway checkstops too. Well guess what neo-cons; the US is getting to the point where if you want to travel, you will be searched.

The TSA is quite possibly the early stages of an American secret police, and the way things are now you won't be getting any support from your local police. We need to stand up NOW.

  • Get a life and stop smoking pot.

  • @MrScarlettsdaddy Ill stop smokeing pot when all you idiots stop killing yourselves with tobaco and liquor. Tobaco kills 443,000 people a year. (Brown University) Aprox. 79,000 deaths annually attributable to excessive alcohol use. (CDCP) Number of deaths directly attributed to pot smokeing-- ZERO! Are you really protecting people from themselves or causeing and profiting off your fellow Americans suffering? You need to get a life and stop interfereing with other peoples pursuit of happiness.

  • @MrScarlettsdaddy I have both life, and pot.

  • i thought the first guy was will smith...

  • If another terrorist act happens, these will be the SAME guys that will whine that the police did nothing to stop it.

  • oh your problems are so real. your piss poor jobless life could be worse. You could live in iraq!

  • @MrRockerNation and the fastest way to get to the standard of living in iraq is through the erosion of civil liberties

  • Nice work guys!! Keep spreading the word, but remind people again and again that not giving consent to search is much different from resisting. If you feel the police violate your rights, go to court. Don't put your hands on a cop or you'll never be taken seriously

  • ya educate those with drugs and guns, that shit needs to stay on the streets!!! way to be an american

  • offcourse 9/11 was designed just to introduce the patriot act, american politicians (the bilderberg group) are hijacking american justice ,democracy and freedoms , TOTAL HYPOCRACY, AMERICANS MUST NEVER EVER CRITICIZE CHINA OR ANY OTHER NATION ,about there human right records,

  • FIGHT THE POWER - big brother , 911 lies, corporate America wants to control the people , fuck them

  • 2 weeks ago at Target. "Excuse me sir can I see your reciept?" I was kinda stunned. "No you may not." "Please sir it will only take a moment." And steps in front of me. "Do you suspect me of stealing?" "No, it's random." Befor he could react I walked over to an empty checkout picked up a phone hit page "Manager to checkout 9 my 4th ammendment rights are being violated." 2 seconds later his radio beeps, some ok's an alright, then "I'm sorry sir, you're free to leave." "I always was."

  • Resist Tyranny!

  • we need more videos like this, to inform and educate people

  • Millions of murdered people all over the world for decades/centuries have been at the mercy (merciless*) of men who claim they are "just doing my job," or "just following orders." Those are the words of cowards. PURE COWARDS.

  • @decwow if your orders dont tell you to do any thing wrong then it is diffrent

  • Doesnt this trigger one scenario which has been played out in the 1940s?... yes of course now i remember... its the nazi gestapos who did random searches of ordinary individuals and citizens goin about their business, so what does this prove? IT PROVES U IS IN A FACIST GESTAPO STATE RIGHT NOW AND IF YOU DONT CUT THIS CANCER OUT AND STAND UP FOR UR RIGHTS U ARE ALL GOINNA END UP IN THEM FEMA [ CONCENTRATION] CAMPS!

  • Works both ways.

Police officers shouldnt really speak out politically while they are on duty, specially in uniform, about anything because they should be viewed by the public as apolitical. Aka, not taking sides.

Even in a free society it wouldnt work if police took personal sides in social issues they encountered during their work.

  • @Lobos222 freedom is not a "social issue" its a moral right. but i guess the Nazi's were also told they can't "take side" so they all said they were just doing their jobs.

LOL its not the systems fault; its the men/women that choose to follows/implement these laws on other humans WITHOUT QUESTION. But its comment like ur's and that cop (i have bosses to answer too) why i will stick to my belief that we humans deserve the way of the dinosaurs. we don't deserve each other much less this planet

  • @Tamayo1980

Your views are so irrationally close to anarchists that I cant take what you say seriously. There are perfectly rational reason why Police shouldnt take sides. Any rational person would see that, yet there are so many that dont and start talking about Nazis and Hitler or similar... The thing is, you dont know what you are talking about.

  • What next, searching people and their possessions at the airports? Oh, wait we gave that one up years ago.

  • @kcflyer80 what's wrong with that??

  • @GhettoBlaster100 Searches at the airport are in violation of the 4th Amendment also.

  • @kcflyer80 better having rights violated than getting blown up

  • @GhettoBlaster100 It's not simply a matter of choosing between "having rights violated" and "getting blown up". Plus, you're overlooking the other part of the 4th Amendment violation, illegal seizure of personal property(ie. bottled water or other liquids over 3.4 oz., pocket knives, knitting needles).

  • if thats what you think then you don't get it.

  • @GhettoBlaster100 That's where your argument is invalid. Once the people agree to have rights stripped of them, no matter the race, they are not only lost from the individuals aspect, but more right will continue to be stripped away. We have basic rights, as a human, and especially in the US, as it's written in our Constitution ( Not that any other country, citizen deserve different ) Once those start diminishing, for "safety" as they call it, we lose a sense of ourselves.

  • @kcflyer80 Well I would rather have that than a bomb on my flight.

  • @kcflyer80 Same person that whined that the government wasn't doing enough to prevent 9/11? Oh wait, 9/11 was a government conspiracy to steal all our rights, wasn't it? Sigh.

  • @kqcrazii Fact.. no terrorists have been stopped by the TSA.. Not a SINGLE one. The only 2 attempted plots on airplanes were stopped by law abiding, unarmed american citizens. Imagine if citizens could have armed themselves legally like we used to be able to back on 9/11. Those planes would have never made it to the buildings because the terrorists would have been done for.

  • @Adeptmind They're not there to gather up a scoresheet of each terrorist they nab. They're there to act as a deterrent. Only an idiot terrorist would try to get onto an airplane with an explosive if they knew they had to go through security. Only a couple terrorists have managed to slip through but ultimately fail, out of thousands of wannabe terrorists.

  • @kqcrazii A deterrent? sorry that doesn't act as a deterrent to any terrorists. The TSA was in place for BOTH of the terrorist attempts that have happened on planes since 9/11. Guess what they MISSED both of them. They didn't even have ID in at least one of the cases. Guess who stopped them... the citizens. I'll take my chances with the terrorists if it means I can have my right to protect myself back. We're bankrupting ourselves with all these ridiculous "safety" measures

  • @Adeptmind Curious how you forgot to mention security stopping a Texas man from boarding an airplane with military-grade explosives last week. You never hear in the news all the successes of security. You could successfully do your job for 10 years with no recognition, slip-up one day, and be deemed a failure by the news media. The TSA doesn't make anything public so are you to know that the TSA failed to stop ALL the attempted terrorist bombings? The media reports failures, not successes.

  • @kqcrazii they don't report successes.. then how did you know about it.. hmmm... oh the media! and LOL forget? you think an active military member took those explosives onto a plane in his carry on luggage IN his MILITARY UNIFORM to blow a plane full of civilians? You fear mongers are getting crazier by the day. People accidentally take all kinds of things on planes. I'd put money on it that no charges are filed at all. And honestly I'd take my chances with the terrorists over government anyday.

  • @Adeptmind You're suggesting the military transports supplies including high explosives on commercial flights? Do you even hear yourself? Oh gee, I accidentally brought all my grenades with me, my bad. Just because you're a member of the military and wearing a uniform doesn't mean you can carry explosives around, especially in the airport.

  • @kqcrazii No I'm suggesting a human who probably works with the material and uses it for training exercises or classes, etc.. forgot he had it in his bag. It's easier than you think.. talk to some military people who are active in youth programs and travel a lot. Their bag is all they use usually.. so it's not surprising that occasionally they forget something. Not anything like "all my grenades". It's one bundle of explosives.4 all you know that's how he starts fires when he goes camping. think.

  • @Adeptmind

Practical uses? Real human beings who forget things?

    IMPOSSIBLE!!!

This guy must remain an anonymous "Texas man" who is a terrorist and is likely of a different religion and skin color. There can be no innocent accidental reason behind this event - it must be viewed by all as TERROR!!! Be afraid, America! Be very afraid . . .

On the other hand, maybe not. Maybe Fox news got it wrong - again.

  • @kqcrazii

This "Texas man" you're wetting yourself over was traveling with his wife and children, IS a currently-active member of the military - a Special Forces (Green Beret) Sergeant First Class, is an instructor at the JFK Special Warfare Center and School at Ft. Bragg, where he is a member of the Special Forces Engineers - the people who blow things up. He just got back from Afghanistan.

    Some TERRORIST they caught, huh?

Any reports that he had detonators? NOPE.

  • @bikaren1980 That's nice. And why was he carrying back high explosives in his luggage? A little souvenir?

  • @kqcrazii

He'll have to answer to his superior officers for that. I have no problem with this highly-responsible explosives expert committing a mistake like this. The POINT is that he posed no danger to anybody. Without detonators, that explosive is harmless. Terrorists don't take their families along with them. Your "Texas man" fear-mongering falls apart when you report the FACTS about who this man is. Go hide under your bed in fear. I'll fly with that man next to me any day.

  • @Adeptmind Not sure which incidents you refer to by "both," but if one had to guess, the two major incidents that come to mind are the Christmas day "underwear" bomber (embarking from Amsterdam, Holland) and the air cargo threat from Yemen. Neither airline related incident originated in the United States, therefore TSA had no involvement.

  • @Adeptmind

That's because Logan, IS a joke, and still is!

  • @kqcrazii I'm not sure what you're referring to in your post so I can't really respond in much detail. In reference to your question as to weather 9/11 was a govt. conspiracy or not. No, I don't believe it was.

  • "Its not the parchment or policy that harm us but the men who choose to enforce it."

I disagree, that like saying cutting the head off the snake as its trying to strangle you wont stop it from strangling you.

  • @TheTrueJBV3737 Actually, cutting the head off a snake won't stop it from strangling you often times. Snakes have a completely autonomous nervous system. So they will continue to try and constrict and fight you long after the head has been severed. So.. ironic you chose THAT example to defend your argument

  • Maybe you can refuse a search but I'm pretty damned sure you would get your arse arrested for doing so.

  • @acheface: Not legally.

CITE: “[I]t would make a mockery of the reasonable suspicion and probable cause requirements ... if citizens’ insistence that searches and seizures be conducted in conformity with constitutional norms could create the suspicion or cause that renders their consent unnecessary.”

    United States v. Hunnicutt, 135 F.3d 1345, 1350-51 (10th Cir. 1998)

  • @Pafoofnik1 If the Police have suspicion enough to want to search you and you refuse. You will be arrested.

  • @acheface: You simply cannot be arrested for refusing _consent_ to search.

Yyou could be arrested for physically denying officers from searching if they are doing it legally.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I'm not disputing that, but if an Officer has reasonable grounds to suspect you of a crime (and you refuse his request to search) then you will very likely be arrested for the offence you are suspected of (and possibly obstruction too)

  • @acheface: Yep, but that's not what your original comment said.

I just don't want anyone here to think they can be arrested just for refusing consent to search.

  • This is a very tricky business. It depends on who actually owns your city transportation system. If the city owns it, then the law is unconstitutional and should be tested and taken to court until it receives a definitive ruling. Oftentimes, however, the municipal transportation systems of large urban areas r actually owned by private corps that r heavily subsidized & regulated by the state. In the latter case, they can say who & what can enter their property. Refusing search = waiving entry.

  • @musicalidea dumbass, the PEOPLE own it. The govt "owns" nothing, the tax payers do.

  • @2204Alpha "dumbass, the PEOPLE own it. The govt "owns" nothing, the tax payers do. "

In theory but legally it dosent work that way.

  • I hope that these morons never get blown up in the subway like those poor people in Spain and England did, at the hands of terrorists.

  • @friedie1jeff Don't mention that word terrorist for they might want to arrest you and smell your bum.

  • I believe the problem today is Law enforcement agencies are paid by the bad guys. So they answer to those who signs thier cheques. Lets start all over again. We the Good people need to get our own Law inforcement agencies.Keep close tabs on them protect them from any negative influences.Make sure theyre well paid and protected.

  • @pwarren1010 Not a bad idea.

  • Respond to this video... Did you know if we all got together and agreed to exchange of goods we could print our own money and start over. Canadian tire did that. They can use their own money.

  • @johnnycmajor I there is a gasoline Station that has its own money here in Ontario. Its called Pioneer.Ever Heard of it?

  • @pwarren1010 Yes of course, the federal reserve are not the only people who can print money. lol

Bank of Canada is an arm of the Federal Reserve we think we are safe we are not. The Fed's are running scared and Ron Paul has them that way, they do not want to be audited however they are moving quickly now because of Ron, I think by impeaching Obama you might be able to slow them down till the election when Ron can get your troops home, help get rid of the Fed's , CIA , IRS. Most in Canada are

  • asleep , waking slowly, it appears America is on the move I hope it is not too late. IF it is God Bless us all.

  • @johnnycmajor Yeah man!. The meek shall inherit the earth. There is Hope

  • "the men who choose to enforce it." - Couldn't have said it better myself. They don't HAVE to answer to anyone, and that is why cops shouldn't be surprised when they are targeted as tyrants alongside their bosses!!

  • I don't think the guys in uniform would stop them tbh.

  • dude just chill with your "flexing your rights" crap.... if u dont have anything illegal then u dont have to worry about jail... in the mean time when someone does get hurt, u get mad at the cops for not being more strict on crime

  • @TheRandomvidzguy

that isn't the point, they aren't strict on crime. Sure they might be trying to crack down on it, but all they do is end up violating personal space and rights. it's not the good cops that are allowed to do that that bothers me, it's the corrupted ones who would plant evidence on you for no other reason other then to make your life hell.

You have to protect the legal and law following citizens from police as well as protect them from criminals.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy -Why are you such a wimp who is ready to submit and throw away your rights under the US Constitution?

  • @Hughster49 im a cop, and trust me i get hell all the time when someone gets killed because we wernt more strict with our laws

  • @TheRandomvidzguy Well I appreciate good cops doing their job by the rule of law. Just more need to know you work for the people and you must live by the Constitution. Sure you will get some flak when someone is killed it is all part of the job, however you usually are not there while the person is getting killed you could not have stopped it in most case's. Emotion run's high sometimes, however not only for good citizen's protection but for you own and your families we must get back to

  • @johnnycmajor "Just more need to know you work for the people and you must live by the Constitution"

the constition is only there to protect crimincals. - A good cop would never be able to arrest anyone if the back down every time some "wannabe lawyers" refused a search.

  • @badpanda84 That is all fine and good, however we are quick approaching the time that you may lose more than you think. There are more good people than bad out there the constitution. does a lot more than just protecting your freedom. How would like the swat team bursting into your house shooting your dog in front of your children, scaring the hell out of everyone, that is too say they did not shoot you too, because and neighbor got pissed off at you and said you have drugs in your home?

  • Comment removed

  • the constitution and the rule of law. I know some very good cops who are out there. It is a demanding job, there is a lot of danger in America right now regarding the constitution. It is time for people and cops alike to stand tall stand live together and live by liberty and our rights as citizen's.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy -You get more hell when you walk on the constitution and peoples forth amendment rights.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy The point isnt about having anything on me, its much bigger than that. Remember your oath.

  • @stainless1911 okay well i think after 9/11, and alote of other bull shit that has happend in the US in the past 10 years there should be tighter security in America

  • @TheRandomvidzguy Those willing to give up essential liberty for perceived security deserve neither liberty nor security.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy Just think of it now... Every time the government wants to put more control on the people they can just attack our nation, make it look like someone else did it, and scare people into submission. More armament for police, stricter laws on gun control; why there'd be nothing to stop them from forcefully detaining random citizens who were interpreted as a "threat" to this new ideal of "freedom". It could be a Utopia where no one ever argues because they don't have a voice.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy yup tighten it up till you choke. That's the way to go. You got pal just give up on your freedom.

  • @TheRandomvidzguy

right, like the black kid in LA that was shot in the metro for being a "nigger" that did no crime. You must live in some deluded state if you think it doesn't happen.

  • cant wait for the riot to begine soon :) yup a riot..that should start some time soon now or maybe later?

  • @racatacha It is sooner that we might think. One way to slow it down is this way.

Impeach Obama we have not time for anything else at the moment. The Fed's are running scared of Ron Paul, the bad part is they are moving more quickly now. By Impeaching Obama we might be able to slow them down till the election. We can get Bush and his cronies later.

  • @johnnycmajor hey you r all doing a great JOB and just know that ther are people in my college that are goin to go to downtonw san diego to talk and see what they can do about wall st. I got you and I support you and so many more.

  • @racatacha Good stuff, unfortunately this has to be done. We are fast running out of time. I hope it all stays peaceful, if the military gets involved like they are saying to help protect the protesters and the militia steps in I hope the cops stand down. It could get messy.

  • @johnnycmajor Yeah if the army or militai get involve it will only take a wile before something sparks. Thats what we really need to worry. got ot watch out for any buddy that might try to pull something extreme and if it happens...I dont know man. I got a bit of dout that it'll get out of hand. We just need to be calm and resonabel. If any one is goin to break out it will be them. The people will show that we can do this with out harming any one. I hope

  • dressed in black? Bro, he was born that way.

  • Respect to the copper for having an open mind. There are still some of them out there with honor.

  • @skinner1972ish what open mind? he won't even speak against it. coward.

  • its to stop people walking in with bombs dickheads

  • I'm not to good on the law, if I refuse can I be arrested?

  • @CARTER4526 YES

  • @jacobscott691 You're retarded. You cannot be arrested for refusing a search. Hilarious. What country do you live in?

  • @CARTER4526 Learn your rights and stand up for them, you might go to jail for it but stand up, be a man. File a motion if your wrongfully arrested. All we can do is fight the machine at the moment.

  • Comment removed

  • @policechaser Your taking this kinda of personal aren't ya.

  • @johnnycmajor Yeah, I guess you could say that. I just don't like ignorant fucking assholes like you.

  • i was parked up on a private car park, making a cup of tea on a make shift barbecue, and police turned up. no tax and no insurance on my vehicle, and cannabis in my pocket, he said can i search youre vehicle, i said no, im not on the public highway and this is my home, so you need a warrant, he noticed my invalid tax disc then went back to his car and his mate drove away.

  • will smith @ 0:31

  • you are wrong my friend the problem is the policy and not the men used. The government will always find retards to enforce his policy

  • @qortin then it's the men, not the policy. the men will enforce it. like you said ... these men or other men. the men who sell their souls to the devil will happily enforce it.

  • @Marleyites i am sorry but you are contradicting yourself..... the policy is wrong because citizens accept it by not acting against it. The government will always impose its will on citizens since there are people who dont believe in principles of liberty and do not see the world like we do. Thus it is the knowing government who create such policies that is to blame and not the ignorant enforcer who is just interested in the paycheck and that his subbordinates follow procedures. Peace

  • The last thing the black officer said was that he "has bosses he has to answer to" when asked if he would like to comment..... I guess he don't realize that the guy he was talking to was one of them...... A tax payer.

  • @biggiantbaby Utter bullshit.

Were I American I would have already left, as I like to live - not 'exist' owned by an obvious police state.

London's CCTV network should be destroyed.

  • @biggiantbaby Just up to a point, we must learn how to protect ourselves again we are forgetting this. They work for you, your liberty's and the constitution comes first friend do not loose it for a little bit of false security.
