  • @TheMaskedDouche It really depends on many factors, like how much you weigh, how much effort you are doing, how old you are and how fast you are going. But in average, yeah 100 calories per mile.

  • Every person is slightly different..but all I know is that i would get fat QUICK with 60% of calories from carbs. 40/40/20 for me.

  • From an evolutionary point of view, calorically dense foods are the best kind of food because they store fat. This is ideal in an environment where there is a food shortage. Since we live in a place where there's food everywhere, this is not a problem for us, and calorically dense foods are detrimental.
